The proximity to Munich and the nearby S-Bahn [suburban railway] with a direct connection is perfect for your vacation. As soon as you enter the high-quality apartment, you will feel comfortable. TONI has been built to a very high quality and impresses with underfloor heating in all rooms, high-quality, eco-certified vinyl floors and high-quality tiles. Beautiful wooden terrace and garden with ping pong and trampoline!

Apartment for Large Groups of up to 8 People This well furnished apartment offers 90 m² of space with two bedrooms, a living room (can also be used as a bedroom), and accommodations for up to 8 guests. A fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, Netflix, air conditioning, and a balcony ensure maximum comfort. Located just a 3-5 min walk from Dachau train station, you can reach Munich city center in about 20 minutes. Parking is included! There is also a second shared shower in the basement.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Arrive and feel at ease: Our bright, quiet studio apartment with its own entrance offers the perfect retreat in a rural setting. Our "granny flat with a cozy double bed, dining area, and a furnished small kitchen invites you to relax. A coffee machine, induction hob, toaster, and kettle are provided. Private bathroom with shower. Particularly quiet thanks to triple-glazed windows. There are absolutely no animals in the apartment, but in our garden we have cats and 4 beehives.

The S-Bahn, Schlosspark, as well as numerous restaurants and shopping facilities can be easily reached on foot.

Welcome to our comfortable, spacious 73 sq m holiday apartment in Unterschleißheim near Munich. Perfect for families and groups of up to 6 people, it features 2 bedrooms, a spacious living/dining area with a sofa bed, and 2 balconies. Munich Airport and city center are both reachable in approximately 20-25 minutes. Highlights include: 300 Mbps fiber optic internet, 2 balconies, and a hammock. Since 01/26, we have a private parking space directly in front of the building.

The bright, air-conditioned 3-room apartment is located on the second floor of a townhouse and is ideal for families or couples who want to visit Munich or Dachau, as well as for business travelers, fitters and commuters. The apartment offers 60 square meters of living space and is located in a quiet location. The S2 Vierkirchen S-Bahn station is only 100 meters from the house. There are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, a gas station and a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.
