A fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, Netflix, air conditioning, and a balcony ensure maximum comfort. Located just a 3-5 min walk from Dachau train station, you can reach Munich city center in about 20 minutes. Parking is included! There is also a second shared shower in the basement.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Our "granny flat with a cozy double bed, dining area, and a furnished small kitchen invites you to relax. A coffee machine, induction hob, toaster, and kettle are provided. Private bathroom with shower. Particularly quiet thanks to triple-glazed windows. There are absolutely no animals in the apartment, but in our garden we have cats and 4 beehives.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.
