The house is located in the middle of everything there is to wish for - the proximity to Varberg city, the beech forests in Åkulla, Grimeton radio station, Gekås in Ullared and the sea on the west coast. On the lower level there is a kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom with a 140 cm bed. From the living room you can reach the conservatory and terrace overlooking the meadows. There is also a barbecue area that can be used, as well as a small playhouse with a sandbox. On the second floor there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with 90x2 beds) and bathrooms.

Despite the seclusion, it is only 2 km to the nearest golf course, 4 km to the sea and 10 km to central Halmstad and Tylösand. Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

Popular place for windsurfing. - Varberg's center (7 km) can be reached in 15 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bicycle. The Kattegattsleden bike trail is 2 km from the house. - Ullared shopping, 35 km. - Gothenburg /Liseberg amusement park, 75 km. Train from Vbg C, 40 min.

Welcome to Hyltegården's guest house! Rural, peaceful and newly built apartment of 55 sqm in Hunnestad, just outside Varberg. Enjoy rural views from the hot tub! The accommodation is spacious for 4 people and is close to Varberg and Gekås Ullared, among other places. By car, you can get to the sea in about 15 minutes. Within a reasonable distance, you will find beautiful environments, hiking trails and lakes in Åkulla beech forests. There is an extra cost for the hot tub. Cleaning, sheets and towels are included.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

You have the whole house with sauna for yourself and it’s located in the rural parts of Halland. Situated 15 km between Varberg and Ullared means shopping and food is always close by. En skogsupplevelse utöver det vanliga mitt i Halland med närhet till både hav och sjö. Förutom ett och annat får ligger det helt för sig självt i en liten skogsdunge. Surrounded by beautiful forest, hiking trails and vineyards, this idyllic cottage is a cottage. With a distance of just under 800 meters, you can reach Ästad winery, which also has a fantastic spa and restaurant. 40 meters from the cottage, you will find a swimming area with a jetty. A couple of kilometers from the cottage is Hiaklitten, a fantastic hiking trail. But it is just as good to hike around the fantastic lake next to the cottage.
