The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

In iconic - KONZEPT FLIEGER - a small cool apartment with its own entrance (formerly: backstage), separate toilet, separate shower + small kitchen on the first floor, then down to the basement, past storage room - a summery cool bedroom (15 m²) with light shaft window. Double bed (240/180), TV, LAN/WLAN. (Pictures) No pub operation anymore, but with discreet staff access at events. In the overall concept, it can be coupled with a pub loft (max 5 people)+2 Tinys (max 3 people) in a wonderful beer garden

A special retreat, located close to the city and at the same time in the middle of nature: This is the Junior Suite (no kitchen) Perfect for travelers who like walking, jogging, cycling, relaxing at Lake Constance (20 min.) or hiking or skiing in the Alps (approx. 1 hr.). Ravensburg (5 km) with 50,000 inhabitants invites you to go shopping and visit various sights. Very popular with children is the attraction park Ravensburger Spieleland (11 km). Breakfast can be booked for an extra charge.

Die Wohnung Loghomespace befindet sich im unteren Stock des Hauses. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Das Blockhaus steht auf dem Haselbachhof welcher von unserer Familie in der 3ten Generation geführt wird. Die Region wird auch Mostindien genannt, wegen den vielen Apfelbäumen. 450 Bäume sind es auf dem Haselbachhof, dazu kommen 40 Milchkühe, 10 Angus Mutterkühe, 10 Pferde ein paar Schafe, Katzen und Hunde.

The cozy studio near the lake has a kitchen and shower/toilet. A sunny seating area is available. Sun-seekers can relax in the garden. The jump into the lake is possible in 5 minutes. The famous seaside resort and mini golf can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Shopping is just around the corner. The bus to the train station and harbor is only 3 minutes away. Excursions by train/boat and the rental of bicycles are possible there. 1 parking space is available.

My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Die stilvoll eingerichtete, zentral gelegene Wohnung ist der ideale Startpunkt um die Konstanzer Altstadt, den Bodensee und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Direkt an der Fußgängerzone aber im hinteren Teil des Hauses, verhältnismäßig ruhig gelegen, lädt die Wohnung im zweiten Obergeschoss gleichzeitig dazu ein, sich in gemütlicher Atmosphäre zurückzuziehen und zu entspannen.
