Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Rome

Dear Pio and Lolanda, We are so grateful and thankful to you both !Your place was like living in a dream ! You are incredible hosts and am so glad to have found you !Your attention to detail and your kindness surpassed everything else. We found family in Rome ! From giving rides ,to stocking up the frij (on arrival)sharing meals ,historical tour of the Colombario dei liberte de Augusto ,also being always available for any questions with patience. The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Le logement proposé est complètement conforme aux photos et à la description. L’arrivée était facile et sécurisée, tout était bien rangé et propre. La maison est spacieuse et l’espace extérieur très agréable. Emmanuella était très sympathique et réactive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rome et nous recommandons ce logement.

Wir waren drei Mädels die gemeinsam Rom besucht haben! Die beiden Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben versucht alles zu tun , dass wir uns wohl fühlen! Bei Fragen waren sie jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns weitergeholfen :)

ciao Ragazzi siamo venuti dagli USA per la festa della mia Cittadinanza.ho portato con me amici e famiglia. ho vissuto a circa 15 minuti dalla casa nel passato quindi per me é stato come tornare a casa. Stavo cercando qualcosa di unico, un posto che si raccontasse da sola , un posto tranquillo, un posto con verde e zona da condividere come una partita di calcio ecc. i spazi sono usati benissimo, tutti comfort. Solo 35min da FCO int, e circa 25min ai parioli. c'é il trenino a 10 min circa che vi porta a piazzale flaminio , cosi non vi stressate per parcheggio ecc. c'é un ottima fraschetta locale a 6 minuti di auto, altre scelte a circa 10 min, ed un grande supermercato a 9minuti. attenzione alla strada per arrivarci di notte, 2/3min ci sono alcuni rialzi dovute alle radici dei alberi. Silvio simpaticissimo, tanto carino ma tanto riservato (il giusto, non invadente) consiglio questo posto magico, a famiglie amici e coppie, che hanno voglia di rilassarsi e divertirsi (cn rispetto)a presto

Daniela hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns direkt einige Tipps gegeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dieses ist aber mit der Metro (ca. 15 Minuten Bahnfahrt) gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Bei warmen Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage ein echter Pluspunkt. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Rom.

The host Patrizia is awesome. The place was serene, relaxing and homey! We loved that it has a chapel where guests can pray and meditate.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

Op het appartement is niets aan te merken. Het ligt naast een winkelcentrum waar je alles kan kopen om zelf te koken. Ook het openbaar vervoer is voldoende om je snel in de binnenstad te brengen. We waren er elke dag binnen een uur. Het was heerlijk om op het balkon te ontbijten. Het was ook privé genoeg.

This was our favorite spot on our trip. The bees buzzing, flowers blooming, birds chirping…. Nice to slow down after busy Rome!

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

Excellent emplacement pour visiter Rome grâce aux Bus et Métro à proximité. Le cadre de l’appartement est très accueillant et attachant avec une belle terrasse extérieur. Notre hôte a été d’une grande gentillesse et nous a mis à disposition un appartement impeccable. Merci

Lorenzo and Sara быстро отвечали на сообщения и во всем нам помогали. Само жилье расположено вдали от Римской суеты, подходит для семейного отдыха и путешествий по округе. Территория облагорожена, есть развлечение для детей, футбол, мангал, беседка. Комнаты были в полуподвальном помещении с отдельным входом и окнами. Нас все устроило, были хорошие комнаты, устроено по-домашнему. спасибо за гостеприимство!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in cui ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L’alloggio, situato in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale, è dotato di tutti i comfort. Roberto è un ottimo Host, disponibilissimo e simpatico. Se dovessi ricapitare in zona tornerei sicuramente ad alloggiarci!
