Great place for a vacation and great host, very helpful and responsive

Very warm welcome. Well-located apartment to shine: Almeria, Malaga, Granada, Tabernas Desert... and the beautiful beaches of Cabo de Gata Nature Reserve. In addition, Leonor and Fernando remain available at all times and provide valuable advice. Following a breakdown of our vehicle and before repatriation, they were particularly attentive by allowing us to stay longer in the apartment. We thank them for that.

This apartment was fantastic and it felt like a home away from home. The location cannot be beat and everything is clean and today and everything as advertised.

Spectacular apartment, three bedrooms, two bathrooms living room, equipped kitchen, air-conditioned by ducts and a terrace overlooking the pool. All furnished and willing to enjoy it. Possibly in one of the best areas of Almeria very close to the cat cape and its beaches and villages. Great!!

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very good, very large and spacious. It has a very nice patio if you travel with children! Very quiet residential area without noise. We have been very comfortable. Paqui is always attentive at all times we have even asked you for information about restaurants and at the moment she has advised us several. Everything is perfect!

We stayed again for another year, Sandra is very attentive and her house makes you feel at home. Everything is very clean and with all the amenities, it does not lack any detail. We were there during the Almería fair and she left us the party program with a welcome basket with potatoes, cherry tomatoes, rolls and water in the fridge. She advised us on what to do at the fair and how to get downtown. A 10 as a host. The location is very good, a quiet area with a Mercadona nearby and different bars for tapas in the area.

To start, thank Raquel, who was the girl who attended us at all times, her availability, kindness, closeness, her dedication, etc. She made everything SUPER EASY and was very attentive at all times. The accommodation is very good, close to the beach and in an area with all the services and as detailed in the description of the same. It's a shame not to have more time. The hostess has been wonderful, always attentive to our needs. Your quick response to our queries, even after hours, made our reservation a simple and enjoyable process. There were two of us and it was very nice. In the kitchen there was everything you need and the whole apartment was clean and very nicely furnished. The contact was very good and Raul was always available. The neighborhood is quiet and there is everything you need nearby on foot. The beach is a pebble beach, so the water is very clear and there was very little going on. We didn't miss anything, the stay was very nice.

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. We, a couple with a big dog, felt very welcome and comfortable. The apartment with a large terrace and access to the garden is located in a well-kept and beautifully planted complex directly on the beach and entrance to the nature reserve, ideal for running with a dog. We were able to park our motorhome safely in the locked area of the complex, so everything is great for relaxing days!

The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful apartment. The photos are very accurate, apart from a nice surprise that there are actually two bathrooms. The apartment is in a great location close to the beach, restaurants and a supermarket. It has good reliable WiFi, comfortable beds and was well equipped with everything we needed for a long stay. The balcony is the best part of the apartment with comfortable seating, sun all day, and beautiful views over the marina and the beach. It was a bonus there was also access to a tennis court. Overall, we had a great time in the apartment.

Fantastic place and host, 2-min to seaside, pool in the location, huge supermarket just right away, walkable distance to town. Cozy place with all what you need at your hand, incl. beach equipment. super for stay with kids!
