Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Charming older 3-room apartment in the heart of Roskilde. Excellent location just opposite Roskilde station and 2 minutes from the pedestrian street. Easy access to everything. Take the train directly to the festival square, several departures per hour to Copenhagen and good bus connections to the many scenic areas around Roskilde. The apartment is suitable for 1 couple with 2 children, or for 4 people, 2 of whom sleep in a double bed. As a rule, it is rented out for a minimum of 2 nights.

Our lovely summerhouse is perfect for silence & coziness and for active family living. We have a lovely livingroom with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a fully equipted kitchen and a small bathroom. Everything decorated with a mix of old and new furniture in our own nordic style. During summertime you can use our terrasses, zipline,trampoline, campfire etc in our hilly garden next to the small forest. If you are lucky you can watch deer on their walk crossing our garden in the morning.
