The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. Charming older 3-room apartment in the heart of Roskilde. Excellent location just opposite Roskilde station and 2 minutes from the pedestrian street. Easy access to everything. Take the train directly to the festival square, several departures per hour to Copenhagen and good bus connections to the many scenic areas around Roskilde. The apartment is suitable for 1 couple with 2 children, or for 4 people, 2 of whom sleep in a double bed. As a rule, it is rented out for a minimum of 2 nights.

Totally 22 m2. 1500 m to train station. 800 m to the marina with the Viking Ship Museum. 650 m to the Cathedral and Center. The warm heather that produceses the warm water in the annex is also producing warm water for the tap in the kitchenette. Therefore we suggest not to tap warm water for 10 minutes before having a shower as in this way you will have warm water for shower for about 10-12 minutes.
