Lynæs harbor has a fantastic swimming area for year-round swimming, rental of surfing equipment and a private sauna as well as beautiful restaurants and ice cream shops The house has been carefully renovated and decorated with respect for the age and history of the house.

The villa is separated in three apartments - one on each floor of the villa. On the first floor there is living a family of three. There is a cozy garden from which the sun can be enjoyed. There are good opportunities for daily shopping. Private parking. Final cleaning is included in the price, but you must empty the trash cans and refrigerator before departure. The trampoline that appears in a photo from the garden no longer exists.
