You'll love this unique and romantic escape. This little gem of 63 sqm is 25 minutes from Copenhagen by car. Close to trains and buses that take the same time. You are in the backyard of Solrød Golf Course, and 350 m from Karlslunde lime quarry, which is worth a visit. The house is located on Tåstrupvej, which makes it easy to get to and from Copenhagen You are also close to the South Coast's best beach. It takes 10 minutes by bike. Køge is located at a distance of 10 km, which is definitely worth a visit, with good restaurants

Our modern and cozy home is beautifully located overlooking green areas. The house is bright and inviting with large glass sections and underfloor heating that creates a pleasant atmosphere. Here, there is room for relaxation both inside and outside – enjoy a quiet moment in the living room, a cup of coffee on the balcony or one of the house's terraces. There is access to playgrounds, trampolines, campfire, chickens and rabbits and, not least, beautiful natural areas. Only 7 minutes from Roskilde and 25 minutes from Copenhagen.

There is plenty of room for the whole group in this spacious home. The house is located in an idyllic village surrounded by fields near Roskilde. Enclosed garden with fireplace, two open terraces and a covered terrace. Enclosed garden for the four-legged. Inside there is a large living room with a ceiling for a fireplace and wood-burning stove. No couch, but hammock and a daybed. 3 rooms and 3 double beds. The house is older and the bathroom is about to be renovated. It's usable - but worn. There is hot water :-)

There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Close to nature with two of the city's larger parks on each side and close to the harbor, which can lead to a nice walk along the fjord out to the Sankt Hans area. The apartment is occupied by a private person most of the year, so the kitchen contains everything to be able to cook for yourself.
