Wonderful villa with a good location for everyone

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There's plenty for kids and adults to just relax, enjoy the beach, or soak in the garden. The house has three beds, two regular double beds and a bunk bed for children. The bunk beds are 90 * 180 each. Otherwise the house has a kitchen, living room, playroom, large driveway, large wooden terrace with various furniture arrangements, gas grill, swimming pool (for children) 2 * 3 * 4.8 meters. S-train to Copenhagen as well as shopping and more about 4-5 minutes walk from the house.

Experience the beautiful nature that surrounds Lynghøjgård, the farm is a horse property so there are views of horses and beautiful nature. Lynghøjghård is only 25 km from Copenhagen City Hall Square and 12 km from Roskilde. The S-train station is only 3 km from here, which can take you, many places, easy until Copenhagen. If you like to bike, roads around are perfect for that. Or if you're into golf, there are several golf clubs nearby. While our pool area, which is perfect for relaxing when the weather is hot.

The house has a backyard with terrace and lounge set, as well as a patio with dining table for 8 people. Barbecue, fire pit, soccer goal and trampoline. 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed and 1 single bed + 2 good mattresses on the floor. The residence is located in a small town with supermarket, cafe and pizzeria

Enjoy the sunrise with breath taking panoramic views overlooking part of “Skjoldungernes Land" National Park, (Land of the legends) Come close to nature just 30 min from Copenhagen, in the middle of the Viking saga. Peaceful retreat with access to private toilet and outdoor shower, bbq, fireplace, heated pool. Great opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling or paddle-boarding in nearby lakes and fjords.

Thatched villa in Solrød Village

In Solrød Village facing the fields is a 200 sqm thatched villa, where there is room for the whole family. Normally a family of 5 lives here. Two adults, two girls, 10 and 4, and a boy of 8. We have hens (and young cockerel who practice on its rant), a grain snog, large garden, and plenty of room for play. In the driveway there is room for two cars and in the garage is a rowing machine. It is 7 minutes by car down to the station (S-train to Copenhagen) and shopping, 9 minutes to the beach.

Welcome to our home! Our house is a modern style home, 140 sqm. We have a wonderful dining area in connection with the kitchen. Large living area with relaxing chairs, sofas a flat screen panel and a Sonos music system. There is a lovely morning light in the livingroom as the sun rises. Since we have 2 daughters at the age of 7+11 our home is ideal for families with children at these ages. We lived in Copenhagen for more than 20 years so we can guide you on what to do and see!

The garden is filled with entertainment for children of all ages. There is a trampoline, play tower, playhouse, and various garden games. In the summer we have also set up a pool (not heated). In addition, the garden also offers a dining area and lounge area where you can enjoy a cold glass of wine in the sun.

Enjoy fresh greens & herbs from the garden. We just ask in return that you water the garden in the warm summer days.

Beautiful and newly built wooden house in scenic surroundings. The house is 264 sqm and contains 5 rooms and a large living room and kitchen room of about 100 sqm. There are incredibly beautiful views out to meadows and fields and access to a large garden and fire pit.
