You are in the backyard of Solrød Golf Course, and 350 m from Karlslunde lime quarry, which is worth a visit. The house is located on Tåstrupvej, which makes it easy to get to and from Copenhagen You are also close to the South Coast's best beach. It takes 10 minutes by bike. Køge is located at a distance of 10 km, which is definitely worth a visit, with good restaurants

Our modern and cozy home is beautifully located overlooking green areas. The house is bright and inviting with large glass sections and underfloor heating that creates a pleasant atmosphere. Here, there is room for relaxation both inside and outside – enjoy a quiet moment in the living room, a cup of coffee on the balcony or one of the house's terraces. There is access to playgrounds, trampolines, campfire, chickens and rabbits and, not least, beautiful natural areas. Only 7 minutes from Roskilde and 25 minutes from Copenhagen.

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Close to nature with two of the city's larger parks on each side and close to the harbor, which can lead to a nice walk along the fjord out to the Sankt Hans area. The apartment is occupied by a private person most of the year, so the kitchen contains everything to be able to cook for yourself.

Bring your fishing rod and waders and catch a fish in Roskilde fjord. If you want to go to town and shop, it's 15 minutes to cozy Frederikssund.

Nyd solen på lukket terrasse og lad børnene sove i annekset som ligger lige ud til terrassen. Huset er lyst og stilfuldt med fokus på terrassen og køkken-alrum. Er vejret ikke med jer er der 18kvm Orangeri med direkte adgang fra stuen. Huset er beliggende 25min kørsel fra København, eller 3km fra Karlslunde Station.
