New house from 2015 with sea view in a children friendly neighbourhood central in Roskilde. Lot's of space (210 m2), so it can accomodate a large family or even two families traveling together. Sunny terraces and a garden are also available. During summer a 10.000 liter pool is also available in the garden. The house is 5 minutes from the beach and Roskilde centre. Roskilde is 20 min from Copenhagen by train and 30 min by car. The perfect base to experience Roskilde and Copenhagen

Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig. Der er masser til børn og voksne der bare vil slappe af, nyde stranden eller dase i haven. Huset har tre senge, to almindelige dobbeltsenge og en køjeseng til børn. Køjesengene måler 90*180 hver. Ellers har huset køkken, stue, legeværelse, stor indkørsel, stor træterrasse med diverse møbelarrangementer, gasgrill, svømmebassin (til børn) 2*3*0,8 meter. S-tog til København samt indkøb med mere ca. 4-5 minutters gang fra huset.

Lovely house in lush surroundings! Our pool offers fun for the family and you can relax in the sun beds or use the cross trainer or rowing machine with the beautiful view. Trampoline + swings for the kids. The meadow, forest and lakes outside our property offer nice hikes. 35 mins from Cph airport/central Cph. 5 mins drive from Roskilde Fjord. Enjoy fresh greens & herbs from the garden. We just ask in return that you water the garden in the warm summer days.

Stråtækt villa i Solrød Landsby

I Solrød Landsby ud mod markerne ligger der en 200kvm stråtækt villa, hvor der er plads til hele familien. Normalt bor her en familie på 5. To voksne, to piger på 10 og 4, og en dreng på 8. Vi har høns (og unghane, der øver på sit skrål), en kornsnog, stor have og masser af plads til leg. I indkørslen er der plads til to biler og i garagen står en romaskine. Der er 7 min. i bil ned til stationen (S-tog til Kbh) og indkøb, 9 min. til stranden.

Smukt stort hus 1,5 km tæt på smuk badesø

Smukt og nybygget træhus i naturskønne omgivelser. Huset er 264kvm og rummer 5 værelser og en stor stue og køkkenalrum på cirka 100 kvm. Der er en utrolig smuk udsigt ud til eng og marker og adgang til stor have og bålplads. Da vi arbejder med interiørdesign, er vores hjem også et sted, hvor vi forsøger at skabe et hyggeligt, men også farverigt miljø. The house is located in Solrød Strand, about 30 minutes from Copenhagen city center and 25 minutes from Copenhagen Airport. The house is 344 m² and includes the following: - 5 bedrooms - Large kitchen - Dining room - Living room - TV room - Party room with billiards, darts, bar, and disco - Fitness center - Outdoor swimming pool The house is a 10-minute walk from the beach and 1 km from the town center, which has 50 shops.

Spacious house with fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms/rooms, open kitchen/dining/living area, big garden with heated pool (during summer), greenhouse and BBQ. Plenty of room for 2 families/ big group of up to 8-10 persons. We have a cat, Sira, and she will be living there. We kindly ask our guests to give her fresh water and food twice a day. It is a Non-smoking house.
