The distance to the Playmobil Funpark is approximately 1.9km. A bus stop is located at the height of the house, and an S-Bahn station is located in the nearest town ( 1,1 km ). In just 15 minutes you can take the S-Bahn to reach Nuremberg's main station and from there easily by metro the Messe Nürnberg.

Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Teil von Zirndorf, mit Parkplätzen vor der Haustür und guter ÖPNV Anbindung.
