Waterfront holiday rentals in Rota

Victor is a super friendly and uncomplicated host. The absolute highlight of the apartment is the large terrace and the location, it is really right by the sea. That was just great with a small child, because you could also "quickly" go to the beach, without always having to carry everything with you. We were there from the end of May to mid-June and at least during this time, the beach was always incredibly empty (except on weekends, but even then I did not find it very crowded.) A rental car is necessary, if only because it gives you the opportunity to explore the beautiful cities in the area. We particularly liked the manageable rota. The apartment is cozy and equipped with everything you need. I think we weren't there for the last time. Thank you Victor for making us feel at home!

Great location and parking was only 2 minutes away. Despite the hectic crowds on the street the place was very quiet.

We had a great time & Violeta was an amazing and responsive host. The location is right in the main square of Cadiz just a short walk the everything in the old city. Less than a 5 minute walk to the public underground parking. The apartment was neat as a pin, well equipped, & located in a great building . This was a 10/10 experience. Violeta was very helpful and answered any questions right away. Don’t hesitate to stay here if it is available.

Fabulous! The view from the spacious living room and bedroom was wonderful - tall palms jutting from a green oasis before Sanlúcar’s rooftops, sweeping beach and nature reserve. This apartment in a historic, beautifully restored building in the old town - just minutes from incredible bodegas - is highly recommended. A lovely calm space including well-equipped terrace and all amenities including a washing machine. It felt like airbnbs as they used to be - and one of the best - someone’s personally designed but not cluttered home, as opposed to the increasingly common ikea-identitikit. It’s worth staying a few days at least to savour sanlucar - a fabulous small town with a lot of history, outdoor delights and unique air infused in some places with manzanilla! (served in the great restaurants in the charming town square. Next time we will stay longer. Ps the lovely terrace entrance (just duck!) has views of the church cupola, nesting storks & rooftops plus a slice of sea.

We enjoyed our stay at this AirBnB! The location is right on the beach and is in walkable distance to lots of great restaurants and markets! The host was also very helpful and responsive, would definitely recommend!

Highly recommended accommodation. Francisco is a great host. He was attentive to us from the first moment until the end of the stay. He let us stay before the time and recommended both areas to park the car and where to eat. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos. The area is very quiet. And at the same time, you have everything at hand. Supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. You are in the historic center and you have peace and quiet. I would definitely repeat.

Firstly I must mention that we have stayed in Chipiona on many occasions - this was our 5th visit so we are very familiar with the town and surrounding areas. Having stayed in other accommodation I would definitely say that this was one of the best. Whilst quite basic and probably a little 'tired' it, nevertheless, had everything we required. The location is perfect, the parking space a real bonus and the balcony area is terrific. Teresa is a fantastic host. Helpful, friendly and responsive we found her very easy to deal with. A couple of minor issues were dealt with efficiently by an equally friendly electrician. All in all a lovely experience and one we would definitely consider repeating next year. Thank you Teresa.

Fantastic house in the middle of Puerto Santa Maria, Pepa welcomed us and showed us around. Each room is truly beautiful with good beds and very spacious bathrooms. In the house, there is a lot of attention to detail in terms of interior and decor and even fresh flowers in different places. The kitchen is fully equipped and nothing is missing. The roof terrace overlooking the square and church is also great. We were 9 people and were all impressed. Viveca responds immediately to any question and is helpful. We will definitely come back but then for a week to explore the area from this beautiful house.

Carlos is an incredible host and he made me feel right at home from the start. The place is absolutely stunning, really. I travel a lot and this is by far my favorite AirBnb I’ve ever been to. Trust me, it’s exactly like the pictures but even better !!! Sanlucar is also a very special place and if you’re into Xérès you’ve definitely come to the right place. Before and during the stay, Maria was always available to answer our questions about the accommodation and surrounding activities. The accommodation is very well located in a quiet area, close to transport, close to shops and close to a beautiful beach. Regarding layout, the private apartment is fully equipped, in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom, all very clean To give an overall rating, I would put 200%. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed 11 wonderful days at Susana's house. A wooden cottage with all the comforts, located on a plot surrounded by huge pine trees and an extensive garden with a pool where you can breathe peace and tranquility. The house is very comfortable, with everything you need for everyday life and very clean and well maintained. The exterior is spacious, with plenty of shade and access to the pool. All the necessary amenities to enjoy a wonderful vacation. In addition, Susana is a close and charming person who has been attentive to ensure that we did not lack anything at any time. I hope we can come back soon, it was a real pleasure. Thank you Susana.

It's been a great stay. We have not lacked anything at any time and Roberto has always been available to help us with anything. The house is beautiful and very well maintained, as are the garden and pool.

We stayed three days in the accommodation and we were super comfortable, Kike is a very good host and recommended places to visit and restaurants, we are delighted to have met.

Maite's apartment is the best you can find in Costa Ballena. It's spacious and new. It's very bright and well-equipped. Air Conditioning is practically not needed because it is quite cool just opening a couple of windows. It has two excellent terraces and the bedrooms are of a good size. The beach is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. It's in a quiet area of Costa Ballena. The development has several pools that are not usually very crowded and a couple of paddle courts. The only thing we had of any problems with was the water heater. It is very small for a family of four if we all are showered behind each other, it would be important to notify them in advance so that guests can organize themselves, because once you already know it, it is no problem. They miss trash cans in the bathrooms and a larger hair dryer. But overall we were very comfortable and communication with Maite was very smooth

Enchanted with the stay, a very quiet place with very good views of the golf course. The pool area is also very nice and there is outdoor parking inside the development. The kitchen is well equipped to be able to cook during the stay without problem .

My 90-year-old mother-in-law and family spent more than two months of very pleasant enjoyment here, just as convenient as at home, sunbathing in front of the beautiful golf course every day, very convenient to go to the nearby supermarket to buy food, etc., in the afternoon, walking the dog by the sea, occasionally listening to the pleasant sound of the waves entering the water at night! It's a wonderful retirement life! The Host is very high quality and never disturbs us. When we encountered some problems, he replied immediately. When we just checked in, he personally drove us around to familiarize us with the surroundings and introduced the situation. We were very touched, especially reluctant to leave, but we had to go back to our own home! I hope to come back if I get the chance!

Great beautiful apartment at the core of Cadiz. Surrounded by great restaurants and shops. It’s located in an area that is active day and night, so don’t expect it to be very quiet. We could still sleep really well and comfortably. Great host.
