We had a great time at Alex’s place. The house was clean and the l was convenient. Alex was very responsive and helpful.

This is a beautiful, well kept home. The house was conveniently located for our Tarpon fishing trip in Boca Grande. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We found the Pool welcoming and relaxing. Our host, Mary, was friendly and provided great information about the local area.

Ms. Diana has a beautiful property. The entire home was spotless. Almost like it was brand new for us. It had everything we needed for vacation and more. We loved the swimming pool. There is a ping pong table, adult and children's bikes and beach items(umbrella, chairs and cooler). The home is close to multiple beautiful beaches. Near multiple shopping options. Very nice neighborhood. We walked every afternoon. Low car traffic past the house. So quiet at night (frogs and crickets only). Beautiful view of the sunsets. 10/10 highly recommend. Will definitely come back in the future. Thank you.

Mike is a WONDERFUL host! He is incredibly friendly/kind, super responsive, and very easy to communicate with. We had an amazing time at his place and are hopeful and excited to return next year. Nice place in a quiet residential area. House looks like a few years old only and overall a great value for a traveling family. A short drive to Ponta Gorda for restaurants and shopping. An easy hour drive from Sarasota International airport.

My daughter, 2 young grandchildren and I wanted a place where we could relax after fun-filled days of visiting family and going to the beach. This home more than met our expectations! We loved the pool! The kitchen had all the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were so clean and spectacular! Oleg was very responsive to any questions before and during our stay. We had one problem with a broken lock on a sliding door, and Oleg came out immediately to fix it after I reached out to him. I can't say enough good things about this home away from home, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay while in SW Florida with close by pristine beaches. Enjoyed the stay. Very nice. Very clean. Very comfortable. Loved the Welcome greeting and box of chocolates. Loved having coffee out in the sunroom in the mornings. Enjoyed it enough that will like to go back next year.

Natalie and David are great hosts! Very quick response time and very accomodating. Their condo is updated, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bridge to Manasota Key is about 5 minutes away. Blind Pass is less than 15 minutes but there is another beach 2 minutes from the bridge. Publix, 711, Aldi (coming soon), Taco Bell, McDonalds, Mama's Italian Restaurant (don't skip this place!), Starbucks, Marco's, Walmart, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and plenty more are all within a 5-7 minute drive. This is a prime location but set back from the main road so you aren't subjected to the sounds of traffic all day. The condo is in a quiet little complex with a big pool and lots of seating/umbrellas. The screened in porch at the condo is big with a table and plenty of seating and had a slider to the master suite. We loved spending our nights out there with snacks just enjoying the weather. David and Natalie's Palm Manor Home - highly recommend!

Ed's place has become our happy place and our home away from home! This trip was so relaxing and healing after a surgery...just what I needed. Great sunsets!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit had everything you needed for a beach trip. Chairs, umbrella, towels, beach buggie, fishing pole, tackle, beach toys, pickle ball, etc. The unit was perfect for my family. The pool is very nice, propane grills, picnic area, car wash, corn hole. Great location! My only complaint is that the window shades need to be darker to keep the sun out of the bedrooms but that is the only concern I had. I fixed this issue with a dark blanket. I highly recommend this unit and the owner is quick at responding and extremely helpful. 10 stars!
