Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Bärbel's Panorama Hut is 40 m² for self-catering with its own terrace and sauna bunk bed 120 wide a real cuddly hut and is located in the Präbichl ski and hiking area in Styria. The hut has a sun terrace and an infusion sauna. The Swedish stove in the living room provides cozy warmth. At the Praebichl there are numerous hiking opportunities, via ferrata, climbing park and gentle tourism. I'd love to answer any questions you may have.

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Ferienhütte Grimming

Our cottage is only a little away from the nearest traffic routes (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or just those who want to unwind! Looking forward to seeing you soon! My place is close to the Grüner See Nature Reserve, mountains, forest, meadow, swimming lake. Stream at the property line. You'll love my place because of the comfortable bed, light, kitchen, coziness, beautiful terrace, and private garden for guests. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, families with 2 children (in the kitchen there is a pull-out sofa bed).
