Ein separates Schlafzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Wohn-/ Esszimmer mit einer weiteren Schlafmöglichkeit gehören zur Wohnung. Auf Wunsch ist ein Kleinkind-Paket zubuchbar, das Babybett, Kinderhochstuhl,. etc. (5 €/ Nacht (min. 20 €/Aufenthalt)) enthält. In der Kernstadt gelegen befinden sich wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäfte, Parks, Cafés und Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Our detached, bright and quietly located loft-style vacation home is about 80 square meters and has a complete and spacious kitchen. A cozily furnished living and sleeping area as well as a modern tiled bathroom with shower and double sink as well as toilet are provided. There is also a free seating area for two people and a car parking space at the house. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away, and the Neckar Valley Cycle Path and the Jakobusweg are also directly accessible

Covered terrace with view of the countryside. The lovingly furnished bedroom has a 1.80-wide bed and in the living room there is a pull-out sofa for 1-2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The highway A 81 towards Singen and Stuttgart and the B27 are 3 minutes away.

We rent a beautiful apartment in rooms that are centrally located right next to the oldest historic city of Rottweil. Excursions to Rottweil, the Eschachtal, the Black Forest or beautiful Lake Constance are just a few incentives to rent from us. The apartment has 3 spacious rooms as well as a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The apartment is fully renovated and newly furnished. The outdoor area can be used on request.

For rent is a 2-room apartment with a double bed that can be converted into two single beds and another single bed. Furthermore, 2 sofas are available. A kitchen with equipment is available. The house is surrounded by a large garden with a few chickens, creating a rural atmosphere.
