Beachfront holiday rental in Rovinj

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking and a small fenced garden perfect for traveling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. A convenience store, bakery and restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

great place and super friendly host

This is our 3rd time staying with Jasna & Vlado and are very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is within 4 minutes walking distance, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very central, everything is within walking distance. Viktorija welcomed us very warmly and was available at all times. We will be happy to come back.

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment in Croatia and it was simply fantastic! The location is perfect – a short walk to the beautiful beach and lively restaurants. Very nice host, always reachable, always good tips at hand about beach and restaurant options nearby, very clean apartment, modern furniture, perfect location to the beach, 5 minutes walk. Bikes, SUP, and kayaks for those who want to do more sportive vacations. Highly recommendable, we will come again.

We were at this beautiful place for a week at the end of May with our dog. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

Villa Elizabeth was wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the lovely garden, the pool, the bikes and scooters. A big 10! We will definitely come back!

we spent a family vacation in Elvis' villa (two adults and three children) and we had a great time, the description and photos correspond to what we found, Elvis and his wife were very nice and helpful, we recommend both the villa and the area.

Beautiful accommodation much more beautiful than in the photos, very equipped large kitchen, the house has all the comforts possible, TV in the living room with Netflix, TV in the rooms, coffee machine with attached pods, pool towels, courtesy set in the bathroom and much more. Wonderfully quiet village, everything within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, restaurants). Within 10 minutes on the beach (for which you get a parking pass from Davor) and in Rovinj. Beautiful centrally located in Istria. If you are looking for tranquility and want to get away from the busy tourist spots, you are in the right place. Before, it is available daily for maintenance at the garden, etc., and is always available for questions or a chat. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back!

Great spacious apartment with large terrace, beautiful garden with pool in a quiet location. You can reach Fazana and Plodine in a few minutes by car. Everything was very clean. Washing machine, hair dryer and much more available. Air conditioning is only in the living room. All the windows have blinds. In the bedroom, however, blackout curtains would be advantageous to better darken it. No dishwasher and no toaster. Next door is another small apartment, with which you share the garden/pool. We can recommend the apartment to anyone.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Anna is a person of heart, as you rarely find. With every small problem, she was immediately at our side! She is always cheerful, friendly and very helpful! Your little dog Luna is also great, my children have always been happy about her and liked to pet her! Clean, private updated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Tamara was super responsive throughout the rental process. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to old town and the beach. Absolutely perfect for our stay in Rovinj.

In terms of pricing, it’s a notch above some other rentals but the experience of staying next to the arena is a once in a lifetime privilege. Such an immense aura of history and culture right before your eyes. Need to make up for a few shortcomings in physical terms but the emotional takeaway is priceless. The apartment is one floor up, very spacious with 3 lovely bathrooms. Car parking is convenient on the road downstairs as well as in a car park right opposite and payment is via an app, details of which are on a board in the car park. Day rates are Euro 6.50 per summer but jumps up considerably from 1st of June. Thank you Chris and Nick for keeping the faith. All the very best.

Fabulous apartment, even better than the photos. Close to the beach of Plomin Luka where there is a nice beach bar, Copa Cabana. The view from the balcony/windows was amazing. Plomin Luka is a great combination of the green nature and the sea.

We had a great stay, the studio was exactly what we need. Location within the old city was great. Josip was very helpful, drove us on arrival and departure to our car. Communication was very easy, highly recommend the studio and the hosts.

Alex’s place was perfect for our 5 night stay. It was clean, comfortable and had the best view of the city from the balcony. Great location, easy walk to restaurant, bars and shops but was far enough away to get a good night sleep. Alex also helped us with organise a safe place for our bags so we would continue to explore the town while waiting for our bus after check out. Highly recommend !

Super friendly host. House is a bit noisy but this is very normal in this city. Simple route to the house and within 10min walking distance I can definitely recommend 5 restaurants.

Great looking place in a location that is close to the city center. For our group it was good for walking but we are pretty active and love to walk. There's a night club a few meters from this apartment put we really couldn't hear anything when we closed the windows so we had a good night's rest after active days.
