The apartment has two double beds and an addtional single bedcouch. The living room is divided into living/sleeping area and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equiped. Bathroom constains shower and toilet. In front of the flat you can find a nice terrace which invites for relaxing in the sun or cooling down in the evening. Next two the house is a big garden with a huge stone dining table perfectly made for outdoor BBQs. BBQ equipment is also included. Next to: 5 min walk to two supermarkets, 15 min walk to the center of the city, 15 min walk to the beach, 5-10min walk to excellent restaurants. House da mamma is a cozy house in the historical part of Rovinj, not far from the church of St. Eufemii and park. This is a holiday haven for family or friends. Its equipment and substances have a lot of good emotions and fond memories. It has been successfully rented over the past few years and has earned wonderful reviews. This year, the home returned to the family, gained a new bedroom, a bathroom, and exclusive access to the backyard, which is a great asset.
