Located inside the Golf, very quiet place with garden, allowing you to rest under the pine trees. The apartment is fully functional and well-equipped. The beautiful Cordouan pine beach is accessed by a bike/pedestrian path, which is very nice when you don't want to be in the middle of cars. Brigitte and Daniel are very welcoming. In short, our stay went very well.

Very clean accommodation and very well located and within walking distance of the port, restaurants, city center, bus nearby, bicycles, It overlooks a shady and quiet courtyard (no wifi if you need it, not necessary for us). Fabien is welcoming and clear with instructions. we recommend the place .

We had a great week in Régine and François's beautiful apartment, offering panoramic views to the ocean. The terrace, spacious and very pleasant, was a real plus to fully enjoy this grandiose view. The apartment is impeccably clean and of exceptional quality, perfectly equipped. Nothing is missing, everything has been thought out for our comfort. Régine and François are friendly, welcoming, and very responsive hosts, both before and during our stay. They were also very accommodating, and their little touches upon arrival touched us a lot. The location of the apartment is ideal: in a quiet area facing the sea, with direct access to a superb beach. The city center, with its restaurants and shops, is just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. Soulac is a charming and beautiful town. A big thank you to Régine and François! A beautiful place to stay, with everything you could possibly need. Totally peaceful, private and spotlessly clean home in a lovely little village. A few great restaurants and both an excellent French deli and boulangerie are just a few mins walk away. Catherine kindly arranged self-check-in for us as our train arrived later than the allocated time and it was incredibly easy. Would highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great stay in François and Hélène's beautiful house. It is very well furnished and the garden is splendid, with a trampoline that made the children happy. François and Hélène are very welcoming and friendly.

Very nice house, very convenient with its 4 bedrooms, and the kitchen/living room area all in length and without walls between them, bringing a real feeling of a large friendly and very bright house. The garden is superb and we were able to eat outside every day, with the barbecue. Autonomous arrival and departure thanks to the key box with code to enter. Throughout the stay, Fanny was very responsive, answering our questions accurately. We would recommend it in a second.

Anne-Marie generously welcomed us with a basket more than stocked ( cider, cake,pineau...) . We fed the chickens that made us feel good with 3 eggs a day. We also enjoyed the vegetable garden. The house is renovated and spacious for 6 people, the garden with several terraces in the shade or sun to choose from, the library and games are available. Big garden nice for our dog. The beach is a 10-15 min walk, that of the great coast or the wild coast accessible by bike in 15 min or by car. Beautiful Palmyra Zoo nearby. Anne-Marie was available throughout the week, and very flexible on arrival/ departure times and good advice on restaurants and activities in the area. Central accommodation to visit La Tremblade in Saint Georges de Didonne, by car or bike (many bike paths). We highly recommend for families or groups of friends.

This is the third time we have booked this accommodation because it is really very comfortable and well located, quiet. We also booked in early August and we will continue next year if we are accepted. Evelyne is very responsive, Virginie absent replaced by Amelia also very friendly and available. Overall, a top-notch rental. looking forward to returning.

Ideal location, close to bus stops, about 30-40 minutes' walk from the Old Port (even with children), and right next to a beautiful beach. The space had everything we needed. Virginie, who welcomed us, was very responsive and really kind. The big plus: the view! The sunset was absolutely magnificent. A big thank you also for the delicious coffee!

We had a great time at Kim and François's. The location is ideal for shopping, pedestrian streets and the port. On the other hand, for Minimes beach you have to take the car, it's 15 minutes away. The apartment is very well-equipped, and very well decorated, it's very nice, you feel at home. Thank you Kim and François.

We particularly appreciated the listing as described and in a great location. Thanks to the private parking space, we left the car and were able to do everything on foot. The bus stop at the foot of the residence is an undeniable plus.
