Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Royan

The residence is very quiet and the walking access to the port of La Rochelle is very appreciable along the waterfront, the free shaded parking is a real plus. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. Romane is very responsive, very pleasant, I recommend 100%.

Accommodation near the city center, quiet, very clean, very well-equipped, just a downside, we don't capture very well with our mobile phones. The accommodation is lovely.

Beautiful apartment, clean, carefully decorated, well-equipped and close to the center. Instructions for our arrival were clear and accurate. Charlotte has always been very responsive and kind. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

The accommodation is in a great location, everything is within walking distance. It's quiet, clean, properly equipped, air circulates in the rooms despite the hot weather, it feels good. A large free and open parking is accessible downstairs from the building. The beach and harbor are a short walk away. René is welcoming, responsive and has good advice. I will not hesitate to call him again for a stay on Royan!

A really beautiful apartment right on the beach promenade. We enjoyed the ocean view very much, the open kitchen was great and the living room with the panoramic balcony was a dream. The two parking spaces right by the house are also worth their weight in gold. Super equipped kitchen and very tasteful interior design complete the whole thing.

Although the contact was never direct, Sylvain was a thoughtful, responsive and anxious host to welcome us in the best possible way. The apartment, despite its modest proportions, offers all the comfort you can expect. Its ideal location also allows access by foot to everything that, in the historic Rochefort, is worth a visit, from its famous arsenal to the old port, from its Marine Museum to its unspoiled fortifications, from its buccaneer cafes to its antique bookshops.

The accommodation itself is nice, quiet, well-equipped for a pleasant time. In addition, located 300 meters from the ocean and restaurants in a forest setting. Great! I recommend it. We had a great time at David's place. The accommodation is clean and welcoming, it feels really good. In just a few minutes' walk, we could reach the beaches or shops. Thoughtful host. Recommended.

Perfectly clean...decorated with great taste... in terms of equipment nothing is missing up to the last detail...A small green path right next door to take out your loulous...Sarah is very responsive, always attentive to the slightest problem...I highly recommend this address...

Beautiful, hidden away beach retreat. Close enough to the town to walk & enjoy cafes, restaurants and the local daily market, far enough away to enjoy quiet times when needed.

Very well located house close to the beach and shops. We had a lovely week in this lovely house and garden. Not overlooked. Everything is done by bike from the house. Thanks to Emmanuelle for hosting us and for her advice .

Very well located place nothing to say I highly recommend this accommodation which is close to everything including shopping malls which are only 35 min walk away. The place is close to essential shops (bakery, pharmacy ...) not to mention the beach right next to the accommodation which is convenient it avoids using your car. Quiet place

We had a pleasant stay. Well located, well equipped overall, clean. Host responsive to messages (we had difficulty finding the right listing number). Small nice accommodation for 2 that we recommend, with a nice small terrace. The residence was almost empty in early June (and not many people on the island of Oleron in general), so it was even more pleasant.
