Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the house. It consists of a large room - which is divided by a pergola into a living and sleeping area, as well as a kitchen and bathroom with a toilet. There is a large double bed in the sleeping area and two sofa beds in the living area. Clean bedding for four people immediately available. The kitchen is equipped with common appliances - hob, kettle, fridge, oven, as well as dishes and cutlery. The bathroom has a washing machine with accessories, towels and common toiletries. WIFI throughout the apartment is a matter of course.

The mini house is near a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here you can visit Rožmberk Castle or go rafting on the Vltava River in the summer months.

The house offers spacious rooms for 12 - 14 people, a large dining room - a lounge, an equipped kitchen including a microwave and a dishwasher, a spacious terrace with a grill, a pergola for children, a heated saltwater pool, a large garden, a games room, Wii, Netflix and WI-FI. Enough space to park up to 5 cars. 10 minutes walk to Lipno Marina, supermarket and ski lifts, 15 minutes to the treetop trail.
