Il comprend 1 grande chambre avec 1 lit double, 1 canapé convertible dans la très grande pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée et 1 grand jardin. Parking gratuit devant la maison, garage sécurisé pour moto /voiture uniquement sur demande. Si vous êtes basketeurs la hauteur sous plafond est de 2m05.

Nous louons notre ancienne maison, de 2021 et entièrement de plain-pied. Elle est à 5min en voiture du circuit des 24H du Mans, et 10min du Pôle Européen du Cheval, par la voie rapide. La pièce de vie est spacieuse et lumineuse, avec une cuisine ouverte et très bien équipée. Il y a 3 chambres doubles avec rangements, une salle de bain indépendante et une salle d'eau dans une des chambres. Une terrasse avec salon de jardin et BBQ sont à votre disposition.
