It includes 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed in the very large living room with a fitted kitchen, and 1 large garden. Free parking in front of the house; secure garage for motorcycle/car only upon request. If you are a basketball player, the ceiling height is 2.05m.

We rent our old house, from 2021 and entirely on one level. It is a 5-minute drive from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, and 10 minutes from the Pôle Européen du Cheval, by the expressway. The living room is spacious and bright, with an open kitchen and very well equipped. There are 3 double bedrooms with storage, a separate bathroom and a shower room in one of the bedrooms. A terrace with garden furniture and BBQ are at your disposal.
