The whole family can relax in a quiet accommodation in a country style. 200-year-old cottage with a ground floor apartment heated by air conditioning and/or wood stove. The bathroom and toilet are accessible from both rooms separately through the hallway in the unheated part of the house. In front of the house there is a possibility of parking and sitting under a gazebo with a grill and a view of Černý Důl. Above the house there is a meadow and a forest with a trail to Černá hora. The ski slopes are 5 minutes away on foot. Summer swimming is possible in the stream and 5 km away campsite with a swimming pool.

Apiary Bee hive

An apiary full of honey and bees, where you can see the work of our bees and their entire cycle in the glass hives right from the bed. The bee hive is located in Podkrkonoší, near the village of Zdobín near a pine forest full of rocks, blueberries and a nearby pond. You can't drive to the apiary to blend in with nature. It's completely off-grid. The bees are in our Bee Theater from about April to October, depending on the weather. Then we move them under the bed for hibernation. Luxurious, very comfortable and spacious, fully equipped 3-room apartment. It is located on the first above-ground floor of the Ski&Bike barrier-free building and its area is 110m2. There are two bedrooms. There is also a bathroom, a toilet and a living room with a kitchen. The apartment also includes a heated ski box. The kitchen is fully equipped, furnished with Miele appliances and for coffee lovers we offer a Nespresso coffee machine. WiFi, Sonos sound system and smart TV incl. Netflix.

K domu přiléhá oplocená zahrada s posezením, houpačkami pro děti, grilem, udírnou a venkovním ohništěm. Dům je v klidné části ve svahu nad obcí. V místě se nachází obchod s potravinami, restaurace, půjčovny kol a lyží, zastávka hromadné dopravy a ski busů do Janských Lázní a Pece pod Sněžkou. Před domem je vyhrazené parkoviště pro dvě vozidla hostů.

Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Modern House with Sauna in the heart of Krkonoše

This modern house, built in 2015, is a part of semi-detached house and is located 10 min walk from the parking lot near the cable car lift to Snezka. Skibus stop is located 100 metres from the house. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom in each of them. The house has a living room with a TV and fireplace, equiped kitchen and a dining table. There is also a garage and infrasauna. The house is great for family vacations. No parties please.
