Lucie was very kind and helpful, and she has the most beautiful apartment. She gave us a good lot of tips for exploring annecy in the limited time we have. She even waited for us by the front door to help us check in

Fenestraz apartment is perhaps the most beautiful and atmospheric apartment we have ever stayed in - and we have stayed in very many throughout Europe. It is as stunning as the photos, but welcoming rather than intimidating. We stayed home for one very rainy day and felt as though we were really taking advantage of all this large, lovely apartment has to offer. It is central, everything is within walking distance. The parking spot is only a short walk away. The small lift was very welcome after long days exploring. The Appartements D’Exception staff are indeed exceptional. Great communication and a personal, friendly welcome. It is a rare opportunity to stay in such a unique home. We highly recommend it.

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend à Annecy dans ce bel appartement. tout correspond bien aux photos et très propre.

Very nice place with amazing views. One of the bathrooms has a tub with no shower, but the place is as described and looks like the photos on the site (views are even better than in the photos). Great stay overall.

Venue ici pour le tournoi de volley d'Annecy, nous repartons de la bas moi et amies avec de bons souvenirs de ces moments. Votre hospitalité mérite mieux que les 5 étoiles que je vous mets d’office !! Toujours soucieux de notre bien-être, vous nous aviez superbement accueillis et conseiller dans ce week-end avec mes amies. Je n’ai rien à redire sur le logement et les équipements disponible, tout est nickel et convient même pour un groupe de 6 garçons. C’est avec un grand plaisir que nous reviendrons pour une future occasion. (tournoi d'Annecy 2026…) Ps : Votre recommandation au Belvédère a été un régal, quelle vue magnifique ;) Bonne continuation à vous et merci encore pour tout. Gauthier

한국 분들이 안시에 많이 가시는거로 아는데 후기 보고 도움되셨으면해요. 1. 정말 역 바로앞이어서 무거운 캐리어 들고 편했어요. 심지어 저희는 렌트카 반납하고 5걸음 움직였더니 숙소 나왔어요 *다만 호수까지는 조금 걸어야함 2. 먼지 한톨 없는 깨끗한 숙소에요. 유럽에서 여루 숙소 갔는데 먼지가 꽤 있었거든요. 여기는 정말 청결도 하나는 100점이에요 3. 엘리베이터 없는 3층 4. 체크인할 때 문 키 두 개 돌리셔야해요 *키박스 따로 있어요 5. (세제있음) 세탁가능, 요리 및 조리 가능 6. 100m 근방에 컵라면파는 아시아마켓있음 *일요일 오전 문닫음 7. 온수 수압 다 좋아요 8. 넓고 콘센트 많아서 좋아요 다만 에어컨은 없는데 잘때 선풍기 틀고 문열어두고 자면 나쁘지는 않아요. (6월기준)

This is such a beautiful place in such a gorgeous location. You definitely get your workout going up the steps, but the spiral stairs are part of the charm, and the view out over the canal and the old town streets along it is worth every step. The place is large and spacious and nicely furnished. It also is conveniently located to numerous restaurants and the lake, and the train station is less than a 15 minute walk. We spent five nights and had a wonderful time.

Très bel emplacement, avec une vue splendide sur le lac. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue, comme l'aménagement du chalet, alors que nous y avons passé les vacances de Noël, en grande partie a l'intérieur.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was nice to be just out of Annecy and avoid the crowds but still easy to drive in when we wanted to. We made good use of the outdoor area, pool and bbq which were in great condition and easy to use. There are a couple of cute little restaurants nearby which was super helpful. Overall a beautiful place!

Maria et Jean-Marc sont des hôtes très accueillant et très ouvert sans être avares de renseignements pratiques. Le logement correspond exactement à la description de l'annonce et s'avère très fonctionnel. Jean-Marc s'est proposé de nous amener sur un site proche de leur domicile tout en nous faisant découvrir sa région natale. Un grand merci à Maria et Jean-Marc pour leurs conseils et leur disponibilité. Au plaisir de les revoir éventuellement si l'occasion se présente.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Carine et son mari ont été incroyables. des hôtes vraiment parfaits, attentifs, gentils et drôles. très arrangeants. merci à eux. nous avons passé un super week-end. le logement était parfait, propre, rangé, fonctionnel. tout est neuf. vraiment c'était un week-end très agréable. je recommande ce lieu à 1000% sans aucune hésitation. à côté d'un lac artificiel avec jardin fait par des bénévoles. proche d'Annecy. un régal. tout parfait

Logement est conforme à la description et même encore mieux que sur les photos. La literie est très bonne tout est très propre et bien rénové. Le logement est aussi adapté aux enfants. Merci à nos hôtes pour l’attention particulière, avec la chaleur Jacques et Frédérique nous ont fourni un ventilateur. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce logement.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

We absolutely loved this property. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet in the evenings but steps away from dining, bars and other activities. The area is very walkable. The restaurants and shops in the area are very friendly- we felt like part of the neighborhood when we left. We made many friends. Everything matched the description perfectly and the AC was cool and comfortable the one really warm day. We loved having a refrigerator and kitchen to reheat leftovers from the amazing nearby restaurants. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning. The location, the team and the accommodations were perfection.

Super séjour avec une vue incroyable depuis le balcon ! L’appartement est très bien situé (facile d’accès), dans un bel environnement apaisant, offrant de belle promenades à pied. À quelques minutes du belvédère de la Chambotte, idéal pour admirer un coucher de soleil spectaculaire. Parfait pour deux personnes, l’appartement est équipé de tout le nécessaire, avec quelques petits plus appréciables ! Un grand merci à l’hôte, qui est à l’écoute, réactif et flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ. Je recommande à 100 % !

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Wir waren für zwei Nächte in diesem Apartment und rundum zufrieden. Die Unterkunft hatte eine perfekte Lage – alles war schnell erreichbar und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen: Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, ausreichend Handtücher – es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Besonders positiv fanden wir den großzügigen Platz im Apartment sowie den unkomplizierten und schnellen Check-in. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt vor Ort – super praktisch! Alles lief absolut reibungslos und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Es waren ein paar Spinnen hinter der Heizung und an der Decke – ansonsten war die Unterkunft aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans le logement de Marilyne, où tout est bien pensé pour que nous passions un magnifique séjour dans cette si belle région. Marilyne est disponible, réactive, et très sympathique. Je recommande ce logement pour son emplacement, sa propreté et sa vue sur le lac d'Annecy.
