Just a few kilometers away from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, our chalet is located directly on a swimming lake and the well-known water ski/wakeboard system. A great children's playground, basketball and volleyball court, many walking and hiking trails, as well as the campsite, etc. are in the immediate vicinity and complete the offer. Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
