Great location ( and quiet with windows closed) - excellent facilities and all the right details - only issue I had was with sign in ( have never needed to provide age and passport number before ) and getting in to apartment using phone - good if both guests are provided with link on completion of the digital form - and once it just didn’t work . Having said that the response from Bob was quick and effective so no drama. Woukd definitely use Bobs again.

We were there with 5 friends and really enjoyed it. It was so nice and quiet, the apartment very well maintained and the people very nice. We only noticed that the sauna is not included until later, but since we were only there for 2 nights, the time was not enough to try it out. So we can't say anything about that. We would mist definitely visit again.

The place is small, very clean and has everything you need. Michael was very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend the place! I'd love to come back.

Nice spacious apartment. Nice toys for the kids. Well cared for. We were there at Easter and on arrival we found Easter basket with some goodies. Beautiful surroundings. You can take nice walks from the apartment and there is plenty to do in the area, also for children.

The host was friendly and always responded when we needed anything. The accommodation was very nice and luxurious.

Jörg’s place is beautiful, peaceful and right at home. My parents loved their stay at this place and missed it after we left. Totally recommend this place to anyone who is planning for long or short stays.

The apartment is really very high quality, the kitchen is super nice and modern. The building from the outside and the corridors to the room are less beautiful, but the accommodation can't help it. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed during our stay, which was a pity for us, as this was already a decisive aspect, which is why we were also willing to pay a little more. Overall, however, we had a great time and the apartment itself is, as I said, absolutely great and recommended.

Nathalie's place is stylish, airy, comfortable and with relaxing outside space. The location is around 30 mins from the centre of Koln both by taxi and tram, with the stop a short walk away. Great host communication from booking to departure and prompt response when we needed something extrea. Would recommend.

Onita was friendly and welcoming. She checked in with me after my arrival. I actually got to know her better just before I left and she even helped me with transport to the train station on my departure.

We will be happy to come back, the apartment is very nice, the owners are warm and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautifully furnished and you feel right at home. You have a very nice central location so everything was quickly accessible on foot. We felt very comfortable and thank you for letting us spend our time there.

Wonderful stay with a nice large roof terrace with a fire bowl and sunbeds and mood lighting. Nice swimming pool with good showers. Plenty of parking space. Beds were fine too. We liked it so much that we might come back. Monschau is within walking distance, a beautiful picturesque town with good restaurants and nice terraces.

Everything was as expected and in perfect order. We stayed with two people at the place and had plenty of space. Four people will also fit easily, with six it might be a bit cramped. Will definitely come back, if I visit the area again.

Very nice, spacious and clean home. Fully equipped. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Frank responds quickly and adequately. Terrace and a fully fenced garden, nice for the dog! Highly recommended.

We were there with a group of 10 people, it was great. Good sleeping arrangements, mega kitchen, great living room. With long legs, it's not quite as easy on the toilets, but you can handle that too.

This house, which we learned was about 250 years old, is beautifully updated where it needs to be while still retaining the charm of an old house. The bedrooms are decently sized and all had very comfortable beds and plenty of space for clothes. The kitchen is very pretty and nicely updated. It had everything we needed for our stay and was organized very well, making it easy to find what we needed. Thomas left a binder of information with what we needed to know about the house and about the area, which was super helpful during our stay. The highlight of the house for my 2 teenagers was the pool table, which they used every chance they could. My family and I would definitely stay here again if we ever come back through this part of Germany. One thing to take note of, though, is that the house has the original door frames which are much shorter than more current door frames. Anyone over 5’ 7” (about 170 cm) will need to duck to go into most of the rooms.
