The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

Very central location, everything is within walking distance, whether bus stop, train station (15 min), shopping street with shops, restaurants and cafes. Supermarkets are also within easy reach. Our modern furnished apartment with balcony is located in the attic of our house with great views of the forest, a larger pond on the edge of the forest and a small pond right in front of the house in the garden. Pure nature and relaxation are guaranteed - hiking, biking or just relaxing! Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Mainz and Wiesbaden can be reached in about an hour by car. A car is highly recommended - there is hardly any connection with public transport.

My approx. 115 sqm house is quiet, without through traffic near the forest. There are many family-friendly activities in the area, such as bike park, summer toboggan run, reservoir, ... and attractive towns. From the all-round balcony (2 sides of the house) you can enjoy a view of the unspoilt nature. Families with children, peace seekers, sports enthusiasts, couples, groups, pets - all are welcome. My cozy house has 4 ZKB., garage and a fireplace.

The spacious townhouse is located in Miltenberg, the pearl on the Untermain. Odenwald and Spessart meet here on the Main River and allow relaxing days in nature as well as a visit to the old town. A beautiful garden with three terraces, barbecue, fire bowl and sandbox are available for the large and small guests to relax. The house has up to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, living room and a fully equipped kitchen, depending on the occupancy.

Stay in a villa at the palace park

In the middle of a beautiful residential area is this lovingly renovated villa with two cozy apartments in the heart of Büdingen. It was built in 1904 for the daughter of the then prince in a prime location and renovated in 2023. First floor with 3 rooms and garden, upper floor with 2 rooms and balcony. In all rooms there are at least two sleeping accommodations, including in the living rooms.

Nature pur im Rodensteiner Land

The picturesque Erlenhof lies in one of the most beautiful valleys in the Odenwald. Pure nature is available around the farm. Exploring the Rodensteiner Land on foot, the mountain or e-bike is just fun. For larger tours, the motorbike is ideal. Spectacular is a paragliding flight from the starting point 150 meters higher directly across the courtyard.

Apartment in a rural area in a beautiful wine-growing landscape. Wonderful for relaxing, for beautiful hikes through forests and vineyards. The "Hiwwelrouten" are particularly recommended. But golfers are also in good hands here. There are 3 golf courses nearby. Wine lovers will find opportunities to taste and shop with the local winemakers.
