Oaks Creek Guest Cottage

This brand new country farmhouse overlooks Oaks Creek with stunning rural views, yet is only 2.5 miles from Cooperstown and 1.5 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park. A cathedral ceiling first floor, open floor plan kitchen and common area (with gas fireplace and flatscreen TV) adjoins a full bath with tiled shower and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The upstairs loft boasts a queen bed, day bed, and writing desk. Downstairs you will enjoy our slate-bed billiards table, X-box, and game area.

Park Street Place (PSP) is located on a quiet street in the village of Sharon Springs. Enjoy exceptional restaurants, little shops, and historical sites, all within walking distance or a quick, little ride. PSP is newly renovated and fully modernized, yet retains the charm of its 1860s heritage. Sharon Springs is a village with lots of character (and lots of characters), a nice retreat within easy access to other upstate points of interest including Cooperstown and historic Schoharie County.

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
