Holiday rentals with a patio in Rutherglen

Perfect little stay, felt right at home! Host contacted before the stay with comprehensive directions and check in instructions. Received a message on the day saying we could check in earlier if we wanted (no charge) - this is a rarity! Even went as far as to leave out some chocolate bars :) Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if in the area.

A lovely flat. Great for our 3 night stay. Very convenient for all the historical sites. Bannockburn is walkable. Peter gave all the necessary information in advance. it was clean. Comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. Would recommend it. We ate at Peter's suggested restaurant. food was very good.

This is a really spacious, comfortable, apartment, with everything you could need for a short stay and to explore the centre of Glasgow. So close to a lot of great things. Lovely playground right next door. And walking distance to one of the main shopping streets, but also very quiet and private.. It has a parking space, but unfortunately we didn’t realise that it’s inside the LEZ zone so that’s important for some people to know if you’ve an older car like us. We had to pay for parking outside the city.

My stay was truly amazing. The rooms were spacious, clean and comforts. I highly recommend it for a memorable stay. Also it was very closest to city centre.

Very peaceful location with great views. The cottage was very clean and well equipped with the added bonus of a washing machine! The cottage is dog friendly with great walks locally. David and Elaine are wonderful hosts, we’ll definitely be staying there again in the future.

A lovely flat within close reach of the best of Balloch, just a 5 min walk to the centre and castle grounds. Plenty of parking, the flat is very spacious and beautifully presented- the bathroom was amazing. We had loads of room and the balcony is such an added bonus. The flat is right above the coop which is very handy, some noise from deliveries, and had take away and petrol station right on the door step. We had a great time exploring the beautiful area, Stirling, the Trussochs, Queen Elizabeth Forest Park and of course Loch Lomond are all within easy reach. Happily recommend this flat!

My stay here was fantastic! Our family absolutely loved our stay! The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped and exactly as described. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive. We felt at home during our entire stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend it to anyone.

Wir haben 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft von Claire verbracht und wären auch gerne noch einige Tage geblieben. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, tolle Möbel, wunderbare Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmer Fenster, top ausgestattet Küche - und als tägliches Highlight; der Whirlpool ☺️ wir erhielten Anreiseinformationen von Claire, was und super geholfen hat. Der Checkin war absolut einfach. Hier geniesst man die Ruhe mit Blick auf Schafe, Pferde, Rehe und Kühe - und trotzdem ist man in knapp 40 Minuten mit dem Zug in Glasgow. Wir kommen gerne wieder in diese Unterkunft zurück!

Good location and well maintained property. Had a pleasant stay. Only minor inconvenience we had was that there was no shower gel and shampoo.

Caroline gave us a very warm welcome and clear instructions about how things worked - heating etc. She then went above and beyond by lending me a wet suit when I mentioned I was going for a wild swim the next morning!

We loved our stay here. The house was spotless, Tracey was such a responsive host and the location was great for the places we were visiting. The house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The little extras such as the cereal, milk and peppermint tea were an unexpected bonus. If we are back in the area we will book this lovely house again without hesitation. Thanks Tracey!

We loved staying at Ang's place. We were in Glasgow for concerts, and the house is only about a 2-3 minutes walk from the Barrowlands but is far enough away from the main road to be completely peaceful. It's also just a short walk into the main part of the city. The house itself is lovely, and we especially enjoyed hanging out in the sunroom, with the backdoor open when the sun was shining, or tucked in listening to the rain on the roof at other times. Ang is a wonderful host: warm, friendly and very responsive. Next time we're back in Glasgow for music we'll be hoping to stay here again - highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay, felt welcomed and the place was just as described. As a suggestion, it might be a good idea to instal a privacy screen/ divider between the host’s house and the hot tub. Felt private enough but would have been nice to have that extra comfort. Thank you, we will be back!

Actually amazing flat especially people for two. Beautiful and well equipments . Lovely neighbourhood near by subway station and park. Jen always responded quickly and send me friendly messages . I appreciate her a lot.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Arsalan. Die Wohnung war groß, sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Es gab im Badezimmer und Küche alles, was man benötigt, wir haben noch nie ein so umfassend ausgestattetes Airbnb gesehen. Die Lage ist super, man erreicht die Stadtmitte fußläufig. Tolle Unterkunft in Glasgow!

Claire's place was in the historical, university area of Glasgow, easy walking distance from a wide variety of restaurants, cafés and shops, not to mention the Kelvingrove and university museums. We had a wonderful stay. The property was comfortable, clean and modern. My children very much enjoyed the games machine. Thanks for a brilliant stay Claire!

One of our favourite stays with Airbnb. Richard is a fantastic host who goes the extra mile. This place is ideal for exploring Glasgow, easy to access with a vehicle and a beautiful apartment. The balcony is a total suntrap and we enjoyed it on a sunny day overlooking Glasgow Green. There isn't a bad thing to say about this place - we already checked the availability before leaving! Thank you to Richard and his family for that proper Glasgow hospitality and offering a fantastic place!

We had a great stay at the Lomond Castle. It had everything we needed, and was quite peaceful. It is close to one outstanding restaurant, Duck Bay Hotel. We ate there twice! To get to sights and biking trails, it was a short drive. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

The hosts were flexible and friendly regarding our arrival time. The place was beautiful and clean, and had everything we needed. They even left us some dairy-free groceries, and gave us some restaurant recommendations for our 40th wedding anniversary dinner. Excellent experience!

The flat was a good size for three adults and the beds were very comfortable. The host was incredibly thoughtful and left some goodies in the fridge, which was such a nice touch. The location was perfect—close to lots of great restaurants and easy to get around. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Glasgow!
