A lovely place to stay as ever, we have stayed here many times, conveniently placed for visiting friends and family and many other places of interest, lovely kitchen although you need to provide you own food this is perfect for those with restricted diets. Beautiful location too.

the apartment was clean and well laid out. Good value for money. if sleeping on the sofa bed, it can be noisy. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and the showers worked well.

The place was a little hard to find at first due to gps issues as explained in the description but once we found it the location is amazing! Very central to everything. Very private and quiet and feels safe. The parking garage is a little tricky to find and the gate is actually gray or metal colored so it may have changed since the description said black. Literally the location is perfect. It was worth it and I will definitely be staying again!

Joanna was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Quick responses and very clear instructions on arrival. The apartment was absolutely beautiful with amazing views across Rutland Water. Eddie is a very friendly genuine guy. Him and Tarie were very helpful. The bed is comfortable and the accommodation is completely self contained which a lot of people like. It's a yes from me.

I stayed at the room with a single, extendable bed and a sofa. It wasn't the one I saw on the picture. The bathroom is very small and had to share with guests occupying the other room. No mirror. Kitchen, and the house keys shared with the family but getting in was never an issue as they are home most of the time, even if they don't, you will be told how to enter. Mattress was comfortable, clean linen, very comfortable sofa. Not the best place if you are looking for a very quiet room obviously, because the rest of the house is occupied and has kids. Won't be ideal if you need to work on your computer because no table in the room. But you can use the living room and the table when it's not occupied. However very good stay overall. Enough privacy, safe neighbourhood, 2 min walking distance to a small convenient store if you need to buy anything. Hediye and her husband were very friendly and were very easy to reach. Quick response to messages. Lovely family too. I would definitely stay again.

- Friendly, accommodating hosts. Nothing was too much to ask for: I felt right at home! - Clean rooms, well-ventilated and warm. - I loved the layers of blinds and curtains; I slept like a log. So restful! - Their house is set in a beautiful, peaceful residential area. (At the time, it was full of fragrant springtime blossoms and greenery. Heaven on earth!) - Can’t rate highly enough; thoroughly recommended.

Tolu was professional and has excellent communication skills. She is very accommodating with us having lots of space. Kitchen is very modern and has washing machine, dishwasher, dryer and other items. Provided extra linens too. I would recommend her flat.
