The cosy loft is located in a quiet but central area, just 15 minutes walk from the train station of Lucerne. The house was built in 1905, the apartment was built last year and is on the 4th floor (without elevator). From the window you have a beautiful view on the city and the mountains. The flat includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine and a little fridge, bathroom with WC and shower and a double bed (160x200). We rent out our parking in front of the house for 5 chf/day.

The rental price also includes a small breakfast Toast, chocolate spread, butter, milk, tea, chocolate powder 5 minutes to the bus stop, 10 minutes to Lucerne center/train station. 10 minutes to shopping center or lake, good connection to highway. For 1 to 2 people maximum. The apartment is too small for an additional child/bed, booking is not possible.

Located between Grand Casino, Old Town and the famous Lion Monument. It is a one bedroom apartment. There's one separate bedroom and a loft area upstairs with two beds next to each other in the open space. Also, there's a sofa bed. There's only one bathroom in this apartment which is in the bedroom. This apartment has a pretty large terrace, though. It has a very nice view of the mountains "Bürgerstock", "Gemsstock" and the rooftops of other houses in the city.

A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has a cozy, semi-covered patio with views of the countryside. This 2.5-room apartment close to the city with free parking is very quiet in a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. It is only a 3-minute walk to the bus and 5 minutes to the lake promenade. The city of Lucerne can be reached in 8 minutes or completely on foot along the popular lake promenade in about 15 minutes. The house is older, but the decor is modern or partly new. We attach great importance to cleanliness and hygiene so that you feel comfortable.

You will stay in a small fine Baroque cottage. The center of Lucerne is within a 10-minute walk. The cottage is ideal for 1-2 persons. The mini room (total area 14 m2) has all the details that make your stay cozy and pleasant. It has a comfortable sofa bed, which you use as a sofa during the day. You have an outdoor space with table, chairs, armchairs and sun loungers. A fire ring is also available. Behind the house, a beautiful forest for hiking begins

The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.
