Great room. The house is large and very clean. Stayed on the way to Kings Lake for one night, arrived in the evening, the location is very easy to find. Unfortunately, I forgot a piece of clothing in the room.

A perfect accommodation. Very close to Lake Chiemsee! We loved the fact that you had your own apartment. The bed was super comfortable, everything was very clean! We loved the fact that you had your own kitchen, so that also warm preparations were possible. Nice quiet apartment. Hope we come back sometime. Baker and supermarket not even 200 meters away.

A really nice place to stay for vacation. The house located in the forest has a small farm (They have three cute donkeys!!). The photos uploaded by the host may be too simple while in fact the room is large and warm with a beautiful terrace. The old forester's lodge is a super relaxing place where the forces of nature are still in balance and you can completely relax with every minute of your stay. Samiri, the hostess, is an attentive person who likes to deal with and approach your guests. An accommodation for anyone looking for a bit of peace and relaxation, but also as a starting point for walks and tours through the 3 minutes away, hourly served station very well suited. Or, as for me, for people working in the area.

Looking for deepness? A piano ? A calm place with a lot of nature arround ? A writer or even an Astrologer? So much more i can't even describe or don't even know off . You found the magical place , very inspiring ! Unfortunately we didn't stay long enough, looking forward to the next encounter 🙏

We had a good time in Elisabeth and Peter's apartment: spacious rooms, very good and very fully furnished, in the kitchen the fridge was filled with drinks, sandwiches and spreads for the first breakfast. Everything had been thought of. The welcome was very cordial.

We had the pleasure to stay with Elisabeth over New Year's Eve. The apartment is very clean and lovingly furnished. There is nothing missing. So many nice "little things": coffee, rolls, breakfast, toaster, cool drinks in the fridge, spices, kitchen towels, medicine chest, plenty of towels in the bathroom, hair dryer, new toothbrushes and so much more. It is not possible for us to list everything as varied as the equipment. No matter what we forgot, it was there. Even reading glasses in different strengths. The apartment is lovingly decorated. Now at Christmas time with Christmas tree, candles and light. A place to "slow down". We would like to have more time to enjoy everything. Elisabeth and her husband are friendly and were doing everything to make us feel comfortable. We will be happy to come back.

Had to spend some nice days with two kids in the accommodation. You expect an absolutely clean apartment, which have set up the Gsstgeber with great attention to detail. In the apartment everything imaginable is available and you feel right at home. Hosts are extremely friendly and hard-working. Only to be recommended.

The apartment is essentially one of the floors of the old mansion: as if you get into the 19th century, with the amenities of the 21st). Near the house there are two parking lots, they are free from 6 pm to 9 am, in the afternoon it is also cheap. The city itself is nice and convenient in terms of radial trips: within an hour and a half drive from Munich, Salzburg, Koenigssee, etc. Recommend)

Nice, quiet place. We stayed 3 weeks with our 3 little kids. The amenities are good, the bedrooms are spacious, staying on an alpaca farm with lots of outdoor space was great for the kids. You stay in the host's house with same main entrance. Several appartements were occupied during our stay but it was always very quiet and friendly. The host are super friendly and will help out with anything you ask.

We decided at short notice to make a stopover of 2 nights at Johann and were warmly welcomed. Equally warm were the contact and the communication. The accommodation is as described and offers everything your heart desires. The area is quiet and we slept wonderfully in the beds. Johann Alpakas are so cute and have always enchanted us a smile on the face. We felt very comfortable and would stay with Johann again. Many thanks for everything. Our first visit to Alex & Dominique was great. Check-in and check-out have worked out great, the communication in advance was always speedy, the two really took care of us, it was just great.

We arrived later then expected, but that didn't seem a problem for Alex and Dominique. Alex showed us around the apartment and gave us some tips about the Village and the area. The apartment is great, very modern, very complete and sparkling clean. They arranged a baby bed for our daughter to sleep in. Great hosts and great fresh apartment.

Unfortunately we were only one night as we used it as a short stopover. We were pleasantly surprised by the equipment, especially the chilled drinks (for a small surcharge). We were very happy and would come back anytime. Our dog was also warmly welcomed and felt comfortable.

We really liked the apartment

A fully equipped apartment with large, bright and very clean rooms. Beate and Tom are two gracious hosts!

The property is nicely decorated and really clean. The bed linen and towels smell freshly washed and also very new. In the closet there were various coffee machines / devices, kettles, toasters, ect. Enough kitchen towels were also available. We had to spread them out on the dining table to dry the washed dishes, since the kitchen unit had no worktop. The bathroom is also modern and clean. We were even given many scented candles, 1 Hugo bottle and a water bottle! Ms. Lehmann was also on site to hand over the keys to us personally. On foot you can easily reach Lake Chiemsee and a bakery for the rolls in the morning. From the dining table by the balcony window, we could even see the mountains in the open air. We would definitely go back.

Great apartment in a beautiful farmstead in a great landscape with a breathtaking view (if the weather is right), unfortunately you have the view from the apartment not in the mountains but in the forest - but it is also beautiful! Extremely quiet and secluded, not even street lights at night - the starry sky is therefore a dream. Christoph was always there for us, gave us a very interesting tour of the farm, provided us with eggs and tips and is a very pleasant host! We would like to come again!

A spacious room, an old studio apartment, bright, warm, with fireplace and four-poster bed. Great kitchen, nice living room, just to feel good and relax. Lake Chiemsee and the Alps are only 30 minutes away by car. Great for trips to Tyrol, the mountains and the Chiemgau. Our hosts were very friendly, the courtyard is inviting and sympathetic. Also great for families with children, because there are many animals.

It was a great stay in Trostberg. The apartment is really above average in all areas (comfort, equipment, style, ....) I would come back anytime.

Great stay, we had the "luck" in the middle of summer to catch a slightly cooler week. Therefore, there were no problems with heat and stuff. Although there is no air conditioning, but there is a built-in ventilation in the building. The accommodation is quite spacious and has a large roof terrace, but road traffic noise can be disturbing outside.

We loved our stay in this apartment. We had a lot of room for ourselves, a kitchen to cook in (there is also a microwave that's not shown on the pictures) and -what we appreciated the most- were not disturbed by noisy streets or the like. The place was clean and extremely comfy. If you are looking for a calm place to relax, far from all the stress and noises of a city, then this is the perfect place for you

Laura was a friendly host and was there to greet us on our late arrival. The house was spotless, and a really nice space! Wish we had more time to look around the area with our dog! We had a great weekend in Laura's apartment. Booking worked very quickly and easily. The apartment is fully equipped with everything important, large and clean. We felt very comfortable and were impressed by the remote location. We can recommend the accommodation without hesitation.

A perfect, clean, very personally furnished apartment. Kitchen and bathroom great. Ideal for young people. For older students, the double bed is a bit too cuddly. Delia was so friendly and helped us a lot with a second mattress.
