In the village, just a few minutes walk, there are two small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bar, two restaurants and a pizzeria. On the second Sunday of August, Stazzo celebrates the patron saint, St. John of Nepomuk, whom the Church in the Central Square is dedicated. A 16th century stone house, surrounded by greenery near the sea. The Piccolo Casale is a typical Sicilian baglio of the 16th/16th century consisting of a central courtyard surrounded by a succession of rooms which were partly used as an oil mill and warehouses and partly as a patronal house.
