Atelier apartment at the foot of the Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 sqm, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg, or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, Markt u. Lutherhaus 10-15 Min., Wartburg: ca.35Min. (Waldweg), Bahnhof: ca.15 Min. Hiking: Right behind the house begins the forest and many hiking opportunities close by. I am more than happy to give tips and information material. The windows of the studio go to the yard, which partly greener serves as a parking space to the (large) part. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby downtown (about 6-10 minutes walking distance). The surrounding southern district is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and worth seeing alone because of its many Art Nouveau villas. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min ) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio ( non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people on a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). Since there are always requests, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are at the guests' disposal. Sheets, towels and hair dryers are available. In addition, of course: washing utensils/tea towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests traveling by car have a private parking available right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on wednesdays, (arrival wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school-holidays. Note: except for the Thuringian school holidays and holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4-6pm on Wednesdays. If your stay is a Wednesday, you will get a delicious breakfast as a small reimbursement. Just let me know your desired day.

The small house is located on the district road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and was designed with a lot of love. The furniture are made of wood and exude a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with french. Balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes over daily maintenance in consultation). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible in consultation at any time of the day.

The half-timbered house above was newly built around 1850 and has been completely renovated to a high quality in recent years.
