The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. The small barn has a separate entrance and is part of a 100-year-old half-timbered house. The house is centrally located and quiet with a view of the countryside. Shops and restaurants as well as snacks are within walking distance. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Upstairs is the bedroom and a couch with TV (smart TV). Wi-Fi is available. The property also has an Expressi coffee machine, a stovetop, microwave and fridge.

Apartment in an old manor

The one-room apartment is about 42 square meters. It has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a cooking island. In the apartment there is a double bed and an excellent sofa bed by Bali (each 140 wide). Arrival by 10 pm, the courtyard gate is closed at night. Renting for single nights is only possible in exceptional cases, renting to 3 + 4 people only from 3 nights. Cot and high chair cost €3 extra each. No shutters or blinds. NO SMOKING!

By car in about 15 to 25 minutes to Düsseldorf, About 30 minutes to Cologne Nevertheless, you do not have to give up relaxing nights, as we live very quietly. All shopping facilities are within walking distance. Thanks to your own kitchen, nothing stands in the way of a healthy and delicious start to the day.
