The core of the house is a 70 sqm dining/living room with huge windows, long dining table and fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for social days in a larger circle. For the children, there are many books, toys, and a play floor.

Located in the middle of the currently most popular district of Leipzig (Plagwitz) and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard. The apartment is really very central. The tram is only 150 m away. By tram no. 4 / 7 you can get directly to the center. The bus stop is one block away. Opposite the apartment is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There is also a restaurant across the street where you can eat. We have a 100,000 internet line where you can surf the internet comfortably.
