Welcome to us! 💕 Family friendly and idyllic space. 20 minutes walk from the city center or 5 minutes on the bike. Stand alone annex on our lot with large, screened-in veranda. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee for birds chirping and pleasant views. The annex has two bedrooms. One with a very good double bed, the other with a bunk bed. Cosy loft near city center and UIA

The place is located in the center of Grimstad with walking distance to cafe, restaurants, harbour and the city beach. Free parking. There is a 15 minutes walk to the University(UIA). Lots of great beaches nearby, 25 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to Arendal. The loft consists of a large room with a double bed, a single bed, a nice TV nook, fridge, kitchenette with kettle as well as a nice little bathroom. In addition the place has a cozy terrace with afternoon sun. Pets are extra NOK 100 per day.

Welcome to our Tiny house! Here you can find peace in quiet surroundings. The house is sheltered on a small farm, among apple and pear trees. The spacious tiny house consists of a sleeping loft, combined living room and kitchen, as well as a full bathroom. Our chickens are walking right outside, and there are opportunities for fresh eggs for breakfast. Modern apartment near the sea in the heart of Grimstad in idyllic southern surroundings Quiet area. The apartment complex was built in 2017. About 50 metres from a cozy bathing jetty. Short distance to beaches, shopping, the pedestrian street, cafe, restaurants and outdoor spaces. Free parking in garage. There is no terrace in the apartment. There is a short distance to the bus stop and good bus connections to Arendal, Lillesand, Kristiansand (e.g. Dyreparken, Sørlandsparken) etc.

Dorm near Grimstad city center (without full kitchen)

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng (150 cm), samt sovesofa med plass til én til (gi beskjed på forhånd om dette er aktuelt). Badet, med dusj, har tilkomst fra soverommet. Liten kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap, vannkoker og mikrobølgeovn (ikke stekeovn/kokeplate). Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 2 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

Cozy apartment on beautiful Biodden which is an old town in Grimstad. Quiet area with only 5 minutes walk to cozy city center. The apartment has 1 double bed and a single bed, 2 cozy little living rooms with sofa bed in both bedrooms, kitchen and a private patio with access to barbecue and lovely views. Bathing jetty is right next door. There is also a city beach in walking distance. Lots of nice beaches nearby, both for fresh water and salt water. Welcome to us.

Located 50 m from the city beach in Grimstad. The apartment is located on the ground floor with flattening (concrete pours), secluded with hedges. Child-friendly. 5 min walk to shopping center and 10 min to guest harbor, boat rental and idyllic Grimstad city centre. 10 min walk to the University of Agder. Nice and quiet. Space for 1 car in the garage basement. Other parking facility outside. Needs leaflets in the window to park in the condominium parking spaces.
