Organic house rural, quiet idyll near City, Parkpl.

This Organic House is the larger of the two neighboring vacation homes (both together for at least 6 people can be booked, see also "Biohaus meadow"). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city, main station and highway). It has been optimally renovated in 2016 with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 toddler who want to enjoy the elevation above the Moselle Valley, very close to the oldest city of Trier.

Near the city center in January 2021 renovated two-room apartment, about 250 meters from the PortaNigra. The apartment is on the first middle floor and accessible via stairs only. The small hallway leads into the living room with small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, double induction hob). Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, spices, oil, vinegar available. Bedroom: 160 x 200 cm double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking on request.

The apartment borders on a historic farm - now a horse farm and guesthouse - which is located in a secluded location on a beautiful mountain hill surrounded by forests and vineyards. The Fellerhof on the Fellerberg is far away from street noise and stress, here you can enjoy nature, relaxation and tranquility. There are beautiful hiking opportunities nearby.
