You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New building in 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You were friendly and inspiring. It is at ground level and can be reached via a separate entrance door. The bathroom has a shower and a fireplace can be lit in the living / sleeping area. The bright kitchen with dining area is well equipped. The studio can accommodate 2 people. Floor heating in winter and a patio in summer sweeten the stay.

Charming and cozy cottage

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small and cozy cottage, 50m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are comfortable 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The house has a kitchen and a small bathroom 1.8m². The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner hob and an oven. There are shops in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Constance can be reached in 10 minutes.
