Nice apartment in Benidorm. One-bedroom vacation rental Centrally located, about 200 m from the west and east beaches. Close to the castle, triangular square, vinitos and Elche Park. First floor with elevator Few neighbors and quiet. It has a cold and heat pump, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. Possibility of parking a few meters for additional payment and forget about the car, because you have all the amenities on foot to get to know the entire historic center and downtown.

The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
