This is a second-floor studio located on the coast of Fasnia, in the south of Tenerife, exactly on the seafront a few meters from Las Eras beach, a sheltered bay with excellent views of the sea and the beach from the terrace. It allows you to enjoy the sun and magnificent views of the sea with privacy. It is very well connected, at the link of kilometer 36 of the TF1 highway and 22 kilometers from Tenerife South Airport. Modern Solar Powered Home, the house is off-grid, meaning it gets its electricity from the sun and a standby generator if needed. Restored in April 2021 the cottage is just before Teide National Park. Home has full cooks open kitchen and living room with all one might need, gas stove and modern appliances.
