We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Nice to rent ebike for a tour.

It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.
