Cozy apartment in a quiet location with a balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely newly renovated and lovingly designed by us,with a lot of craftsmanship. The wooden workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....there is no noise to expect)😉The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist's workshop,which I commercially run. The rooms of the apartment are bright ,spacious and friendly . Blackout blinds are installed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As a host, I live on site and am always available for questions. Books and games are available.

House above Weimar, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Relax in our small lovingly designed brick house, right by the vineyard, in our large park-like private property. The day can start with a breakfast and a good cup of coffee, e.g. at sunrise on the terrace with magnificent distant views. The bedroom with large double bed is located at the top of the gallery. Our farm dog Cleo is well trained and happy to welcome all guests.
