We highly recommend this place. Perfect localisation (only 15 minutes) to Kaprun and Zell am See. The accomodation is suitable for families with children with all facilities. The host was very nice and ready to answer for all responses.

Good place to stay when you want to go skiing in Kaprum / Zell am See.

Located in a beautiful location, hospitable people.

It was a great stay the view is to die for and bathrooms and showers everything is available including a cute kitchen. There are utensils in the kitchen and everything but of course no ingredients or so please consider that if you go to a hut you also buy all the ingredients such as oil salt and pepper

Like the other reviews said, the view at this place cannot be beat. It is really that amazing. Just sit on the balcony with a cup of tea and enjoy. If possible, I would recommend a car to explore the region. I came without an auto and Tamara was so kind to pick me up and drop me off in Mittersill. There are still lots of hiking opportunities around the house if you are without a car like I was. I recommend the Recheskogel, but I also walked to one of the cable car stations without a problem. The kitchen is huge and has more than enough supplies for cooking. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. I would love to come back here.

Very beautiful location, over 1100mnpm on the southern slope, the balcony around the house allows you to drink coffee in the sunshine. Peace and quiet, fresh air. Very good location for trips to this side of the valley. Hosts very nice and polite. We were with a partner and a four-month daughter, and everything was OK for us. Big kitchen, fast internet. I would definitely recommend it as a trip on a low budget.

Our stay at Toni and Tamara was beautiful! Both are very friendly people, who are on hand with help and advice. The area and the view is simply outstanding, rarely seen such a great view. There is also plenty of space available, even with the animals, swimming pool, etc. is especially adequate for children. Which takes some getting used to, that the sinks are in the bedrooms, but not on the toilets we used. And the only thing that was not great was that the floor and the beds in our room were extremely creaky - you really heard everything when someone moved there. All in all, but still a great holiday with lovely people in a beautiful area, which we recommend.

Amazing place

Tamara and Toni offer excellent accommodation in the heart of the Alps. You can expect a fantastic panoramic view, be it while getting up or having breakfast in the cozy kitchen. I would like to come back again and again. All around, the mountains offer plenty of activities for couples or families for the day, all about 10-30 minutes by car from the property.

Super cozy apartment, you felt like at home. It is well equipped and the check-in was very easy. The location directly at the ski lift is simply a dream! We will definitely be happy to come back!

Sylvia and Toni were perfect hosts. We felt really welcomed and they cared for our needs. They own a very nice restaurant with tasty food. Definitely worth a visit. Perfect for catching the gondola for skiing or snowboarding since it's just 2 minutes from the accommodation. Amazing views all around. An airbnb that you will definitely enjoy!

Sylvia and Toni are great hosts. The contact was nice and quick. They also reacted immediately when we needed something. The Sunnseit has a great location - right at the lift and with a great view. The room is cozy and well equipped. The food in the Sunnseit is really delicious and recommended. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Sylvia and her husband, Tony, are absolutely amazing hosts. They were always very responsive to communications, offered us plenty of advice for things to do in the area and made us feel like a part of their family over the holidays. The location of the room is exceptional for a ski vacation as it is steps from the gondola to access the slopes. Make sure to visit their restaurant Sunnseit as well for some delicious food prepared by Tony and Sylvia. I can't say enough good things about our hosts and our time in Mittersill. Highly recommend.

Lovely warm hosts in a most beautiful setting. The view from their deck is just amazing and it’s in a great location for walks or ski access. Most welcoming hosts we have struck on our European holiday.

Great place to stay in a heart of alps. Small but comfortable appartments with a perfect view. Host speaks only German, it was a little difficulty but the rest was very good. Parking for a car in closed terrytory near the house. Private entrance. House is near a grocery store. And the city is very beautiful and You can find there everithing You need.

Comfortable, clean apartment, 2 bedrooms, living room, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and additional toilet. Great view of the mountains, the valley and the town of Stuhlfelden. Very nice and helpful hosts! The location allows you to use several ski resorts, e.g. Wildkogel (no crowds!), KitzSki, SkiWelt and Kaprun glacier (a must visit!). In the town a nice family restaurant Dorfgasthof Schlosslstube with good traditional cuisine. In the nearby town of Mittersill, you can use the large swimming pool and spa at the Sporthotel Kogler. We recommend Pleasant Apartment in Stuhlfelden with Terrace. Good price / quality ratio.

I highly recommend this apartment because of friendly hosts, great facilities (kitchen with all necessary appliances, spacious bathroom with always hot water, additional toilet, comfortable bedrooms) and a convenient location (several ski resorts within 10 km - we used KitzSki - I recommend!). Excellent value for money!

Lovingly and personally run guest house with a lot of heart and commitment !! If you want to get to know the country, people and animals, this is the place for you. The boss also always has good advice at hand. We would love to come back.

There was nothing better than waking up to the view of the Alps right outside our window except for maybe the coffee served with fresh milk waiting for us downstairs. Kristin and Martin are wonderful hosts and made us feel like we were part of the Stefflhof family. I hope to visit them again. Be sure to try the homemade schnapps!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at the Stefflhof. Kristin and Martin were very welcoming, they gave us great tipps and the food was delicious. We stayed there for only three days, but managed to relax like it was a longer holiday. We would strongly recommend their farm for a nice getaway to the Alps. :)

We had a nice three-day stay on Kristins farm. Although the courtyard is on the street, our room had the window to the opposite side overlooking a great mountain landscape and overall it was very quiet. The atmosphere is cozy and familiar. The breakfast was delicious and varied, every morning there was another surprise from our own garden. One evening we stayed at the farm and ate Kristins Kaiserschmarrn, very tasty! The environment is great for hiking and mountaineering. By car we were in a few minutes at trail parking lots, quaint taverns and the small places nearby. We would like to thank Kristin and her family for a nice time!

The quintessential Austrian vacation! Kristen is a very gracious host and extremely knowledgeable about activities and sites in the area. The breakfasts were superb, and the dinner although we did not eat any smelled delicious. The house is very traditional, with a very interesting family history. As a working farm it's very exciting for kids of all ages. I highly recommend staying and leaving your i-devices at home or in the car and simply get away from it all.

The stay at the Stefflhof was really very nice! We felt very comfortable, the atmosphere is very personal and it is particularly nice to get a breakfast egg from the chicken of our own farm. Everything is very clean and the location nice with a view of the mountains and Mittersill. We recommend!

The yard is very nice. Everything is super clean and the house is quaint. It is very easy to get into conversation with everyone here, because the atmosphere invites you to do so. The communal shower is no reason to take a hotel. Very happy again when I drive the Grossglockner High Alpine Road by motorcycle

Very interesting place to stay. Great host, great communication. Patio is great for spending an evening after ski. Nothing to add, highly recommend especially if you are by car because everything around is just a short drive.

The property is located near the street leading to Gerlos, on the outskirts of Neukirchen. The view of the opposite mountain backdrop is direct and not obstructed. The apartment is in the basement. In the carpeted entree you take off your shoes. There are 2 garbage cans for plastic and paper. The apartment has a beautiful wooden floor and the beds are covered with wonderful, pure, cotton bed linen! (An important criterion for me, because I find the synthetic or microfibre bed linen very awful in many places!) The rooms are bright and have a total of 2 flat screen TVs. The bathroom has no window and the ventilation could be better. You definitely have to open the door. The tiles in the shower are 1 A clean and nothing indicates mold. Great! The only little downside: besides coffee powder and filters (which I only discovered on the 3rd day because it was completely hidden) there was nothing to be found in the kitchen. I was hoping for a few basic elements: salt, dish soap, sugar, oil, vinegar, which we usually found in the guest apartments from the previous tenant. But this was not so. That's why we didn't leave anything there. If you know that, bring it with you or buy it on site. The apartment was warm, the heating works fine. There is no ski cellar or similar. We were allowed to use the carport for a few days, which I found very nice! Otherwise we had an undisturbed stay. Upon departure, a final cleaning fee of € 50 and a visitor's tax of € 2 pp / day are charged, which must be paid in cash. An all around nice vacation there.

After we met no one at the given address, a young man from the adjacent business could help us. He took us over to the hut, which is about 50 meters from the private car park and about 100-200 meters from each adjacent house. The cottage itself could not be cuter. It shows how little space you really need. Equipped with everything you need, toilet paper, towels, bed linen, dishes, cutlery, pots, a games collection and a stack of excursion tips you really want for nothing. It is also exemplary clean. The location is ideal to make the adjacent hiking areas unsafe.

Newly renovated, clean and with a quiet location this place is great for a family or group of friends going skiing. Klara was welcoming & guided us to local places in a good way.

This is a great location, just 30 minutes from Kitzbuhel. The accommodation is part of a larger homer here the host lives, but the practicalities of the home make it totally workable. Each room has a private toilet/shower, the breakfast was a feast (I can't believe they fed us so well), and we really felt looked after. Small kitchenette where we cooked each evening. My children were fascinated by the cows, goats, chicken and cats. Scenery overlooking the village and surrounding b the Alps in full snow cover - amazing. Overall, can definitely recommend this place for singles, couples and families.

Very nice hosts, friendly welcome, rustic lounge and fantastic location. The rooms are large and cozy, the breakfast was more than plentiful and delicious. Especially as a larger mixed group, a stay at Herta is fully recommended because of the lounge and the double rooms with private bathroom. Thank you and happy again.

We really liked everything about Herta and her family! The accommodation is clean, cleaned daily and still privacy is never disturbed. The family is so friendly and the farm is wonderfully located. The indoor climate is excellent, there is a guest kitchen and a nice balcony. Absolute peace at night, great mountain air. Thank you for the homemade jam! :-)
