The apartment is located in the city center, on a small square, 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the walks on the banks of the Loire. The decoration is the Scandinavian type but warm. It is well equipped, everything is provided, linens, bed linens and bath linens. It is on the 1st floor, without elevator and the garden is available to tenants.

While it is located on one of the boulevards serving the city center and the lively districts of Nantes, its view opens onto one of those quiet and preserved places hidden by the facades of big cities. Your window opens onto small gardens that invite you to wake up to birdsong and guarantee you peace and quiet.
