Our cozy basement apartment of a semi-detached house is located on the outskirts of the beautiful Murnau am Staffelsee. The idyllic frog house lake as well as the Riegsee are within walking distance in a few minutes and also to the big brother, the Staffelsee with its seven islands and numerous beach baths as well as refreshments, you can reach at any time in an extended walk or by bike in 5 minutes... depending on fitness level :)

My apartment is located in a quiet, green residential complex, the pedestrian zone is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. It is very cozy, fully equipped, as we have lived in it until recently. Murnau is located on the Munich - Innsbruck railway line, Garmisch and the Königs-Schlösser can be reached in 30-50 minutes by car. The same apartment is available in another listing with 2 bedrooms There is a tourist tax on site.
