The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez bei Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away, and the festival house is 20 minutes away. You live on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it to travel. The house is right next to the small Margrafen castle Schreez. In 2021 & 2022 we renovated the house.

Our farm is located in Reichenau, district of Waidhaus, only 500 m (by foot) away from fhe Czech border. The uniqueness of our location can be described through its remote and natural surroundings. Large forest areas, many streams and ponds as well as green meadows are only some of the beautiful aspects of the area. A stay here is ideal for travellers on their way to Prague or anywhere East. Pure nature on the edge of the forest!. A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sports activities. The property is located a bit off the beaten path. Nearby are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Bike and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 holiday houses with private, separated outdoor area. Free parking space at the house.

Garden hut - with a view of the beautiful Upper Palatinate

The cottage is simple but homely furnished. It has everything you need for a few days to relax and unwind. The view of the surroundings is wonderful. Sunrise with a view over 25 km. To sleep you have to climb a small stable wooden ladder with 5 steps in the hut upwards. Towels and linens are included. Exact address sent in person after booking Early check-in is available upon request. Sometimes it's possible.
