In the newly renovated vacation home, there are 2 bedrooms with one double bed (2.00 × 2.00) and (1.80 × 2.00) meters on the 1st floor. On the ground floor is the living room, the kitchen-living room and the shower room with toilet. Parking is available in the courtyard entrance. In the back area there is a cozy sitting area with a lounge set and a grill to relax. If you arrive by bicycle, you are welcome to use the rear courtyard for parking.

An air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures in summer. Discover the surrounding nature, castles, boat tours, canoe tours and dream paths. Koblenz is only 20 minutes away. Due to the room layout, it is very suitable for families as well as for assemblers.
