Koselau is the ideal starting point for hikers with or without four-legged friends, cyclists, swimmers (Baltic Sea, forest swimming pool 10 minutes away) or just nature lovers. An oasis in the countryside and yet centrally located, A1 in 5 min, ferry in Puttgarden in 35 min. and many seaside resorts in 10 min. driving time.

Guest apartment on the Wakenitz

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

Exclusive secluded location on a stud farm

In this rural idyll with modern comforts, you can experience special moments close to nature. Far away from the hustle and bustle, but in the vicinity of popular highlights of the region (Baltic Sea, water sports, culture, shopping, etc.), you can enjoy a unique day at our stud farm. The family's horse breeding tradition is centuries old. You are also welcome to bring your horse and enjoy lessons up to the highest class - or just the remarkable East Holstein hills.

Romantic quiet apartment

Peace, romance, idyll, Baltic Sea, pure nature, quiet but also trendy Baltic Sea resorts such as Grömitz are within easy reach. You will stay in an historic former inn, which was lovingly completely restored and modernized in 2016. The east seaside location is a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Ostholstein. For hikers and bikers, the Baltic Sea and Holstein Switzerland are outside the door. You can reach the beach by car or by bike in a few minutes.

Wooden House in the Green

The wooden vacation home is located 7 km from the Baltic Sea. It was built according to my ecological and design ideas on a floor area of 5 x 5.50 meters. With a south-facing terrace, a shed and a parking lot directly in front of the house, it is ideal for 2 to 5 people. The house is located in a natural garden, surrounded by trees and a wide view over the fields. The beaches and excursion destinations in the region are easy to reach by bike and car.

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Country garden near the Baltic Sea

Nestled in the heart of Ostholstein - in Lensahn - is our "Old Doctor's House." Our approx. 50 m² large, cozy two-room apartment "Country Garden" is located on the 2nd floor. The apartment in the English shabby mix impresses with the accents and details selected with love and care. In the furnished garden, which is available to all guests, you can end your beach day. House "Landliebe" in Gremersdorf

You'll have a great time at this cozy place. Lean back and relax - in this quiet, stylish accommodation. Haus Landliebe was built by the owner in 2023. It is located in the rural Gremersdorf region ( about 5 km from Heiligenhafen). The address is : Alter Sundweg 21A The house can accommodate 2 people. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted. Non-smoking house. Bed linen is provided by the owner, no towels.

Vacation home on Lensahnerhof

Our beautiful official house is the former residence of the Duke of Oldenburg and is located in the back part of our estate, surrounded by greenery overlooking fields and meadows. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed and even with many people you can always find your own retreat to breathe. A huge, private garden with terrace and garden furniture awaits you, adjacent to it is our horse meadow.

Dream apartment Oldenburg

Very nice apartment in a great, quiet residential area of Oldenburg located directly at the Oldenburg Quarry nature reserve. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our detached house with a separate entrance via a spiral staircase and the associated balcony with seating area.

Charmante Reetdachkate

Centrally located on the Wagrien peninsula is our lovingly renovated thatched cottage from 1803. Nestled in the quiet countryside with magnificent views, the house is the perfect retreat. From here you can quickly reach the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches on three sides!
