The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Carl-Kaiser-Loft II - Solingen, near Ddorf, Cologne

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The apartment is about 75 square meters, was renovated in 2016, is bright and friendly. The open kitchen is new, equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a conservatory and a roof terrace. The apartment has good transport links to Düsseldorf, the exhibition grounds, Düsseldorf airport (A 44, A 52, A 57, A 61). Two restaurants are within walking distance. A supermarket is 2 km away. Very good bike paths from the front door on the Niers.

Signal Tower City

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Quiet living near the forest

I offer a cozy apartment on the 1st floor of my small settlement house (DHH). The Forstwald district is located on the outskirts of Krefeld and is surrounded by fields and forest. Nevertheless, you can reach the highway entrance towards Düsseldorf, Cologne, Mönchengladbach or the Netherlands (A44, A52, A57, A61) in a few minutes. ‼ ️ The apartment is not suitable for people with animal hair allergies. 2 dogs live in the house and guest dogs are welcome ‼️

Charming apartment on the Lower Rhine 1

Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and has been built with natural building materials. A terrace for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening awaits you. The picnic meadow in the shade of the trees is a place where children can romp around carefree. Our farm is rural and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

Hi, wir sind Fabian und Joanne, zwei Hotelfachleute aus der Luxus-Hotellerie. In unserem Zuhause haben wir zeitweise Platz und möchten diesen mit Euch teilen. Euer home away from home befindet sich im Herzen Schiefbahns am Niederrhein. Schiefbahn hat eine eigene Autobahnausfahrt und ist somit ideal an Düsseldorf City, Flughafen und Messe (20 Minuten), Mönchengladbach (15 Minuten) und Krefeld (20 Minuten) angebunden.
